Locally owned, not owned by private equity is a huge plus for this company. customer service, attention to detail and customer centric empowerment is fantastic. I was highly impressed with them!! Zachary took the time to educate me on my HVAC unit, shared his knowledge, gave me a few tips to ensure my unit remains functional, and offered to answer any questions that may come up later over the phone. A+ would recommend!

Great response time. Zachary, the technician, was extremely polite and friendly and checked everything thoroughly, explaining what the issue was and had our AC back up and running within the hour.

Got a referral from a friend and coworker for Palms Air. Called for an 2nd opinion and spoke with Alonso. Got an appt for the next day at a time that worked well. Scheduled Zachary to come take a look at my issue.

Excellent service by Zachary. He was able to get to me sooner than expected. Diagnosed the issue with AC not cooling and explained everything to me. Listened to my concerns and took his time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Alonso followed up the following day to make sure the house was cooled off and that everything was working.

I’ll be switching my services over to Palms Air. Very impressed with Alonso and Zachary.

With over 2 weeks of temps in the 100’s and my AC was only cooling to 81°, I had it looked at and was told by another company it’s just hot outside. Decided to get a second opinion and found Palms Air. Thank goodness I did. First good night sleep in almost 2 weeks.

Alonzo is fantastic. He answers the phone right away and was promptly able to respond. This is a small, local company, that shows they care by removing shoes when entering the home and keeping you updated with timelessness, through text, that even includes a picture of the technician responding. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

So incredibly thankful for Alonzo! He came out same day, within an hour to figure out what was wrong with our 21 year old unit. He had it figured out and is up and running within an hour. Update! Palms saves the day again! Our old unit needed some, it got really hot in the house very quick. Alonzo sent Zach out within an hour, at the end of the day. He troubleshooted and figured out the problem, had the part on hand, and got us up and running in about an hour. So thankful! Can’t recommend this company enough!

Had Palms service my air conditioning system. They were on time, did a great job at a fair price. My pipes was definitely nice and cleaned after their service.

Palms Air & Heating was extremely responsive to my request. The technician Alonzo Cubano was friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. This company is truly the meaning of HONEST. Palms replaced my two old Carrier 2.5 ton heat pumps for new ones and the prices were very reasonable. They did a very nice and clean job. I recommend this company for any of your AC needs. We will be doing all our future maintenance with them!

I can’t say enough great things about Palms! I reached out and they were able to come to my home, diagnose, and fix the AC issue all within a matter of a few hours! We had an excellent experience with Alonzo at Palms Air Conditioning! He was extremely professional and timely. It turned out to be a minor issue & he was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to resolve the issue without upselling any unnecessary services & we definitely appreciate that type of honesty!
