One of the best AC companies in town. Alonzo was very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and will not try to scam for prices some other bigger companies. I got a quote on my AC and called Palms Air Conditioning for a second opinion and so thankful I did. Alonzo was at my house within an hour. Gave us detailed info on what is going on with our AC and provided us with a reasonable quote. AC is working like new! Highly recommend this company to everyone!

Alonzo and Palms Air conditioning are amazing. My AC was having some serious issues and he came out on a weekend, in the pouring rain, and didn’t think twice about it. Got my system running and even came back to ensure everything was going smoothly. Could not be more appreciative of the great work and friendly service. Awesome experience! Zachary came out on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the maintenance, found a minor issue and was able to replace it on the spot. I really appreciate him being up front about the whole system health. He genuinely cared about our comfort and financials and wanted to get the most life out of our system, not just sell us a new system. They have earned our business going forward!

Palms Air has outstanding customer service! My AC wasn’t getting below 76 and they came same day and did normal maintenance and verified all systems. Cold has returned to my house! Zachary was very kind and professional and mentioned things he observed but there were no surprises. I will definitely use them for all my future AC servicing!

Listen!!! My AC was on 92 degrees. These 2 showed up (working with my personal schedule) and was at my house until almost 10pm to make sure my unit was working and secured! Even went over the install and instructions to ensure I knew how to maintain and take care of it. They are amazing. 10/10 I will only be calling them and everyone else should too!! Had Palms come out to look at my air condition after another company told me it would be 15k to replace my unit. After searching for a reliable company I ran across Palms. Alonzo was very kind and told me he could get someone out same day. Zachary arrived and was one of the kindest honest young man I’ve ever met. Not only did he not try to sell me a brand new unit right away he did a full check and showed me exactly what was wrong. Will be using Palms from here on out!

Zach, came out diagnosed the problem then got with his boss and they were able to find the parts they needed right away. Had my A/C up and running in a couple hours of arriving. I’m really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

Fantastic experience and customer service from beginning to end. They got me in within 24 hours of a call regarding second opinion. Zachary was thorough and ended up saving me thousands of dollars on a repair that was previously suggested to be a whole new unit replacement. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
