I have to start out by saying Thank you Mark. My grandparents live in a gated 55 and older community. Yesterday(Saturday) their ac went out. They called the community air guy 3 times not a single call back. They then proceeded to call 3 other companies, only to find a voicemail box. I called Mark myself and not only was he there in 45 minutes but he fixed their AC within the hour. I have the utmost respect for someone who could have ignored the call till Monday but instead stepped up to help an elderly couple in need. Thank you again. It meant the world to them and myself.

I used Air Tolentino over the summer after being quoted from another company almost $16k (they wanted a full replacement of inside and outside equipment even though the units were only a few years old). Air Tolentino replaced a motor that was still in warranty saving me loads of money. Maintenance tips were also given to make sure my a.c. runs properly for longer. Our AC stopped blowing cold air one hot, summer afternoon and I called Mark from Air T. He scheduled me for the very next day and showed up on the dot. I told him the problem, he inspected the units and was able to identify the problem within 15 minutes. He was courteous, professional, diligent and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and I'd use him again in an instant.

This is the best HVAC company I have dealt with in the last 10 years. Mark with Air Tolentino came out same day. Didn’t up charge me on anything. Dispelled most of the lies previous techs told me from bigger companies (who need to pay for inflated overhead), and fixed my issue in 30 mins with zero hassle or sales pitch. Mark was so helpful. He fixed my issue immediately and offered a unique solution for a longer term problem I have that I never heard before. Most HVAC companies want to charge you for services you don’t actually need. Mark comes out to do actual work and fix your issue for the most fair price possible. Do yourself a favor and have Mark over.
