I've used a few AC companies to service my units but Dave was fantastic. Very transparent and competitive on pricing. He was able to diagnose the issue thoroughly and quickly. I'll be using him again in the future.

Our home has 3 AC units and Roberts has been our Go-To service company for years... for good reason. Over the weekend, we realized one of our units froze up. I called David last night requesting service. Brian was at our house this morning at 8:45 and had us all fixed up at 9:45. GREAT Service!

My AC went out at 10pm on a week night. The next morning I called one of the biggest AC repair companies in Jax (the first name google pulls up.) They were to my house by 11 the next morning. He gave me a list of things that needed to be replaced but he recommended installing a new unit for 7.5k ish (lucky me.) I decided to shop around. I called Mr. Roberts the same evening and he said he would come by and check it out the following morning. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 mins and didn’t charge me anything. It seems that the other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am extremely thankful to have found Mr. Roberts and he now has a customer for life. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone reading this review!

David Roberts is a rare breed in the heating and air conditioning business, both supply and repair. He’s responsive, reliable, honest and his pricing is extremely competitive! I highly recommend him and his company and have known him personally and used his services for over 10+ years, both in repair and just recently on 2 new ac systems and a new pool heat-pump.

David, Brian, and crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They were quick to be helpful and replace our A/C system in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use them for any and all of my A/C and heating needs.

Roberts heating and air were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors and installed a new air handler, compressor and new copper lines in half a day. On time, on budget and on the ball.

I called David Robert before Christmas requesting service. Despite his busy schedule, he assisted and figured out the issue quickly on phone and ordered the replacement parts and as soon as they arrived after Christmas, Brian was at our house this noon had us all fixed up in 10 minutes. He was very informative on what needed to be done. He was very meticulous in his work and patiently explained the issues. Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest and Professional. David and the team at Roberts Heating and Air Conditioning have been absolutely wonderful to work with and are a company you can count on.

Almost 3 years ago I had them install a new unit at my home. Recently, I've had some trouble with the unit. David has come out and taken care of everything. All I had to do is call and everything has been covered under their warranty.

If you are looking for a company with integrity who has excellent prices, you really don't need to look any further. David is a heating and air expert, his crew are all good guys who are experts themselves, and you never have to worry if your unit will be covered with a warranty that is actually backed fully by the manufacturer and Roberts Heating & Air. The customer service they offer is the best in the business.

I recommend them wholeheartedly and I couldn't be happier to work with them and have them on my side.

What an awesome company! David came and assessed the issues with my HVAC system. And thankfully was able to repair it for me. He replaced many parts and got it up and running in one day. Steve arrived on time and was patient me being a few minutes late myself. I gave him the light I needed mounted just outside my front door. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes and the new light looks great! My only complaint would be the sticker shock I got afterwards - $230 just to change out a light fixture. I do recommend him, but just know the charge can be a bit much.

Steve Lore was very.professional, friendly , on time and explained everything before installing a garage light. The price was very fair and work was done quickly with no mess left afterward.
He offered me an annual maintenance plan for electric, plumbing and HVAC listing all of the benefits
He also explained a whole house surge protector with a quote and the very generous benefits and what was covered
We have used other HVACPE in the past but will do all of our business they Snyder now. 10/10 thanks Steve !

Aaron called 30 minutes before he arrived. Upon arrival, he explained his plan for our outdoor frozen pipe repair. He quickly made the repair, insulated the new pipe and anchored it well to the outside wall. As always, outstanding service from Snyder.

This company was very helpful. I recently just had my baby and the air conditioning went out and they were able to help work some things out to be able to get the AC back up and running. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate Jonathan help today was a life saver.

Charlie from Snyder did a phenomenal job installing our dryer vent ductwork today! His craftsman ship seemed to be very good and he went above and beyond to make sure the end result was tidy.

The job even ended up being bigger than what was quoted, but Charlie made sure the job was done well and at no extra cost!

Would absolutely have Synder out again based on this kind of service!
