We arrived at our second home on Amelia Island to find our tankless water heater inoperable. Of course, we picked one of the coldest weeks to escape the snow and cold back home. A quick trip to S. Fla. to visit relatives gave us the opportunity to take some warm showers but we really wanted to have things working when we returned back to the cold and we decided to take a chance on Snyder. Glad we did!

It took a combination of the plumbing and electrical department to diagnose and repair our water heater. Marty (electrician), Kat and Cheyanne (i.e., the plumbers) were all GREAT. I knew whoever we called would get the job done, but the experience with Snyder and in particular the three of you blew us away as far as expectations.

The company has a great system for scheduling, confirming and keeping the customer advised of status. The quality of the people (personality, politeness and instilling a feeling of confidence that the work would be done correctly) was amazing. Marty had to add us to his schedule and we really appreciated the “same day” vs. “I can get there tomorrow” response to our needs. The pricing was also very reasonable and fair. For all of the driving, time and effort expended on our behalf, I expected a higher final bill. I also enjoyed just chatting with everyone involved from the moment each person arrived at my home until they left.

So, bottom line: We are very pleased to give Snyder our complete and highest endorsement. In fact, we are already planning on calling you guys back out to do a check on our AC unit and I plan to call Snyder for plumbing help again once I have purchased a high end water treatment system for our house. I've done that type of work myself before, but Snyder is just too good for me to not just let the pros handle this one.

I lost power and thought JEA would handle it, but it turned out to be an issue on my end. Snyder Electric sent out Ricky N., and he was incredible. He was kind, professional, and made sure I received a military discount. What really stood out was how hard he pushed to get everything fixed today instead of leaving me without power overnight. It was one of the coldest days we’ve had he even said it felt colder inside my house than outside and he made sure I wasn’t stuck like that.

Ricky got everything back up and running quickly and explained every step. I’m genuinely grateful for the service. Highly recommend Snyder Electric and especially Ricky N.

Joe Byrd was actually a breath of fresh air. Our water heater was leaking and smelled of smolder which tripped the breaker. Snyder set a next day appt and Joe came. He was very helpful and unassuming and gave us his honest advise without being pushy at all. He actually shared lots of info on pricing and warranties and made the decision rather easy for us. He even shared a few tips and insights we didn’t even know about water softeners and shower fixtures too. We should be good to go soon because they can do a same day replacement, at which point I will thoroughly enjoy a hot shower. Thanks Joe Byrd. (Edited 9/18) Katia Lindsey arrived soon after and started the installation. I was not there, but the install was completed quickly and my wife said Katia was nothing short of knowledgeable and excellent. Thanks Katia.

Josh did a fantastic of keeping me informed on what he was doing. At the end of the preventative phase of the svc he showed me what parts I should consider replacing and why and what the price would be depending on what parts I would replace. I would like Josh to be my technician in future services.

We had a fantastic experience with Bryan Burr from Snyder AC. He was very diligent, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping detecting the root cause of the leaks. His honest and friendly approach regarding the specific remediation options and their benefits were really helpful. He ensured everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We would highly recommend Bryan’s services for any HVAC issues and repairs!

Noah was great! He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did our service call and completed the two installations with diligence. I will definitely request him if any issues come up with our HVAC system in the future!

It was an EMERGENCY! My 92 year old patient had ZERO heat and it was freezing last night! From the time I called to the time Savannah arrived was in a blink of an eye! Savannah was the epitomy of professionalism and empathy! She diagnosed the issue with speed and precision and had the house warm and cozy in under an hour! I have had many experiences with AC techs but she was beyond expectations! As this was an emergency the cost was absolutely reasonable! Thank you Savannah and Thank you Snyder! 🥰

Ian showed up on time and was very thorough in servicing our older system. While we both agreed a newer system is in the future he was not there to push me into that decision on the spot. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of the HVAC industry and he was familiar with systems that would work for our needs in the future. Thank you !

I need to have a chandelier installed as the flush mount light that was currently in place was just not doing it for me. My technician Marty was exceptional. He was extremely professional, very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I had many questions about the installation, which he answered completely and with great patience. He is very knowledgeable about electrical overall and made me feel comfortable with the work that was done. I would definitely call Snyder again for the nest electrical job hands down.

So you can only leave one review per company. And that sucks because Snyder does a lot of work in different areas. So I'm just adding to this review. Just had Carlton at my house for a few hours working on some plumbing. I seem to fancy myself, quite the DIYer, but the reality is everything should be taken out of my hand that resembles a tool or that has any kind of power. Carlton had to come and help remedy a lot of projects I had done around the house. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and a great communicator. He made me feel very confident in making the right choice with Snyder. Hands-down, the best AC plumbing company at the beach. Carlton needs a raise. Just saying,

Selling a house in Florida, tried replacing just the shower handle ourselves., unfortunately we needed to seek a plumber. Searched Google and came across Snyder Air Conditioning. I called on Saturday and had someone come out on Sunday to fix my issue. It was great having a female arrive to help with our situation. Katia Lindsey was very professional and helped with the install of a new shower head and handle. Highly recommend!

First of all, my wife and I want to thank the Snyder Electric company. We had a whole house generator and new electric panel installed, and it was the best experience we have had from any company! From Mark the manager; to all the scheduling staff a job well done. The communication was awesome and everyone was cordial, and treated us with respect. A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. Thank you Snyder Electric for making the experience and peace of mind worth the money spent.

Amazing service and punctuality. Very courteous and respectful team of members that did the inspection and installation for my new 3 ton and 2 ton installs. They added all the bells and whistles and redid the supply lines and swapped in new ducting. No mess was made - they removed the old units and had the entire job complete in just 2 days. I would highly highly recommend Robert, Devin, Chaz, Anthony, and the inspection and scope technician Clinton. Great team of guys and excellent quality air since the install.

I had yet another 5 star experience with Synder today. Our fire alarms weren’t working properly and we suspected an electrical issue. Billie Stanley was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it! He was kind and reassuring. And he even got a Snyder coloring book to give to my son. So thoughtful! I can’t recommend Snyder enough. And special thank you to Billie for taking such good care of us today!!!

Jason did a heck of a job! He was very professional and transparent when troubleshooting my heating unit. After the fan relay was replaced he took the time to test everything else to make sure there were not any other problems and to make sure the unit was operating like it should. Overall great technician!!!

Josh was punctual. He introduced himself and explained what was included in the maintenance of my hvac. He was very thorough. He answered my questions in a way that I could understand. He made me aware of the buildup of mold and mildew. He explained the various methods that can be used to eliminate/minimize the mold. He explained the cost of each. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the hvac. He could be teaching trainees. He's that good. He also has a personality that gives the customer(me) confidence in his workmanship. I plan on requesting him for all of my maintenance work
