Chris was able to answer all my questions. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Also, Nick and Eugene came out to inspect my hvac system and they were professional as well as informative.

Mr. Kel was the technician that came out. A very respectful young man that wasted no time. He got the job done efficiently and went above and beyond to assure me that the unit was taken care of. I would recommend him 100 times over. Thank you guys.

My followup with Van McRae was a great experience. I appreciate his kindness & keeping me updated with everything he was doing. Unfortunately something else was discovered so nothing could be repaired yet but I appreciate the great customer service.

07/21/25-Kel was great and made my air work again. Capacitor went out. Five stars for the technician!

I updated the review to five stars as the technician said to do so but then I realized that this star rating is for the company as a whole and not solely the technician so I’m updating the Star rating back to two as nothing can change the prior nightmare that I went through. I just wish I had read my policy closer back in 2019 as I didn’t realize I was leasing the system. All these years I thought I was paying for the system and it would be paid off in January 2026 but nope. They told me when I called in a couple of weeks ago that when January comes around I would be offered to buy the system at a little over $4k! Now that’s just awful news so make sure if you get an a/c system from these guys your read the fine print!

This is going to be a long one...it all started back in July 2020. There was water leaking through the walls from the inside AC unit on the second floor through the condensation droplets and the water was going into the ceiling and walls of the downstairs bathroom creating water bubbles. I called Air engineers and they sent a guy out who cleaned the system out and then said that there wasn't enough air flow so he said it was my filter and that I should buy one of the cheap ones that allows for more air flow. This sounded completely bizarre as air filters have never cause this problem for me.

I did that and guess what it wasn't the problem...the leak got worse so I called again and had another technician come out. This guy said the exact same thing it was the filter and I was furious. Thankfully I escalated the issue further so two supervisors came on a different day to check the issue.

The day the supervisors came to look at the inside unit they told me that the air filter was not the issue. What was happening was not all of the condensation droplets were going to the catch at the back of the unit so the excess water was just falling straight downstairs through the walls. When they looked through the unit specs there was supposed to be a water drip pan installed initially when I had Air Engineers install the new AC unit. A simple square sheet of metal that sits under where the water condenses to catch excess water droplets so they can flow to the water catch...are you serious?! They told me the installers forgot to install it which now I was even more furious.

Next they had to order the drip pan which took 2 weeks to get in. Keep in mind all of these weeks I was going through a daily routine of putting towels under the condenser twice a day to soak up the water just so it wouldn't get any worse.

Finally the part comes in and one of the same installers that initially installed the AC unit came to install the drip pan. After he installed it he asked me if he could look at the bathroom where the water had leaked. After taking a look around he said he was very sorry for forgetting to install the drip pan in the first place.

I'm on the Advantage plan and what an advantage in the type of service I'm getting from this company. I'm paying a a premium every month to be on this plan and this is how issues are treated.

I am giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star because the supervisors were so apologetic that they had a guy come and fix the walls and ceiling. Who knows what underlying damage there is inside the walls and ceiling but at least they don't have the big water bubbles anymore.

What a nightmare...I just hope over the coming years I don't have anymore issues and if I do I hope they are handled more professionally. I have attached pics of the water damage so you can see for yourself how it was getting. To think...all this came from a simple drip pan that wasn't installed. Ridiculous!

Tyler, my technician, drove all the way across town after hours for an emergency appointment. Not only was he able to get my AC back up in no time, he thoroughly explained what he was doing, what was wrong, and how to mitigate issues in the future. Fantastic service on such short notice.

Maurice and Chris came out today for routine inspection of the unit. Whole process was painless and finished in less than an hour. Both technicians showed up on time and even called beforehand to make sure someone was home. As with the previous visit, they were able to clearly explain how the system was working and suggested ways to improve the AC/water system. All three technicians that have come out have offered great service.

Chris and Juraj arrived on time and were professional and did a very thorough job checking to make sure the system was operating perfectly. Can’t recommend these two gentlemen highly enough. Will definitely stick Air Engineers because of the level of service I received from these two technicians!

All of the Air Engineers techs have been courteous and professional. However Mr. Townes went above and beyond when explaining HVAC issues. How do we request for Mr Townes be assigned to calls to the home of Martin Stubbs whenever possible?

Chris N came out today for a home plumbing inspection. He provided a thorough overview, explained everything with pictures. Very well done and easy to understand. Van also did a great job on the air conditioning inspection, very thorough. He checked both the indoor and outdoor units, tested everything. Overall great experience.

We recently had Air Engineers replace our damper, and I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and James. They were thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Not only did they take the time to carefully troubleshoot and fix the issue, but they also explained everything clearly along the way so we felt confident in the work. Their attention to detail and dedication truly stood out, and we’re very grateful for the excellent service.

Service Expert Jacksonville and Jessup Smith just performed our routine HVAC service maintenance. Jessup did a fantastic job and communicated clearly with a summary and pictures of the system. We are very pleased with this company and employees.

This was my second experience with Air Engineers. I must say that Roger and Chris were amazing. They completed a routine maintenance service and exhibited every bit of the professionalism that had me make the original choice to do business with the company.

Kell and Luke were great. Very thorough and professional. I appreciated photos showing the status of my HVAC and water softener.

I can’t speak on work provided but if anything like the professional and compassionate management then this company is top of the line. Originally hired someone from here to fix a well and had a minor hiccup that Brent the general manager went above and beyond to help. You don’t find customer service like that many places nowadays and it couldn’t be more appreciated.

I had my yearly HVAC maintenence today. The time frame was from 8am-12pm, and I was happy when Nick and Eugene arrived early in the morning! They were professional, efficient, respectful and finished everything in a timely mannered. Nick and Eugene also unclogged my drain for me and got all the gunk out! Thank you so much!

Chris N from the plumbing side of Air Engineers helped me figure out a problem and saved me some future issues with the cold. He kept me up to date on when he’d arrive and progress of the call. Excellent customer service. Thanks Chris!

Juraj came today. He's awesome, he's been here for service several times now. Today's issue was not easy to figure out but he stayed for hours to make sure my new unit was running correctly, I appreciate him very much

We replaced several systems in our townhome this month. HVAC, hot water heater, water softener and under sink R/O device. Chris went above and beyond and replaced our kitchen sink faucet. We can’t enough about Air Engineers and their employees. From the office personnel to sales and service techs, they are all outstanding. At our age, their Advantage Plan works well for our needs. We have been with this company since 2010 and highly recommend them.

Had issues with house cooling and Roger from air engineers came out to diagnose issue. He was actually third HVAC rep to try to diagnose issue(other two reps were from Snyder and LS) and Roger was by far most professional and experienced in diagnosing issue as well as presenting our options for repair or replace unit. If Roger had been first HVAC rep I contacted I definitely would not have needed the 2nd and 3rd opinions I thought I needed. Excellent work from Roger, Highly recommend!
