Kel and Isiah were great! I've been a loyal customer for 32 years . With Air.Engineers. I just purchased a new system as of 12/19/25, there coming Monday 12/22/25 to install it. I'm replacing my unit, that air engineers installed back in 2010. The only complaint I could ever think of is they never give me anything for free. So if you're looking for a reliable A/C company, Air Engineers is the company you want.

Chris (plumbing) and Kyle (AC) were both punctual and thorough in their inspection of our systems. They explained what they were doing, were friendly, personable and professional.

This is an update of an earlier review of Air Engineers on 02/02/2016. Kel their technician did a thorough review of my a/c system during an extreme cold spell taking many pictures of the air handler units, outside compressors and duct work and took the time to explain his evaluation and allowed time to answer all the questions. The company dispatcher, Laura, was professional and timely with scheduling the appointment and keeping me posted with the arrival time of Kel. I highly recommend Air Engineers for a/c work.

Very pleased with the installation of my two Lennox heat pump systems. The installers were professional, had it installed in one day, and they took the time to go over the instructions and answer all my questions. Shout out to technicians Anthony #54, Hector #743, Arian #619 and Filcret #56.

Kel, arrived and diagnosed our problem quickly and did a thorough job of the maintenance. Professional and effective!

Maurice was awesome! Called ahead of time to give me an arrival estimate. Left everything clean and operating perfectly.

Kel/Isaiah came out to perform a maintenance and inspection. They were amazing as they were last time. Possibly going to have the help replace our installation. Two great guys and know what they’re doing

Chris the plumber was awesome. He took great care to only do what was necessary to get me water in house. I am soooooo thankful for the time he spent here. He listened while I explained the issues and what was done before he got here. Chris is a really great guy 😁

Today, Roger Moore completed my 6 month check up. Roger was very thorough and offered some helpful tips for improving air flow. He answered all of my questions and provided photos of the equipment and readings. Roger was very professional and responsive as always 😊

Have been using Air Engineers for years and Roger Moore, specifically. Always provides great service and explains everything with patience. Great experience, as usual.

Update 9/22/25 Chris, James, & Jessie installed our water softer and RO unit. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Air Engineers delivered excellent service, and Tyler Wallace truly stood out. He was extremely thorough, reviewing past work and troubleshooting until he found the exact source of the issue. His technical expertise ensured the repair was done right, and our AC is running smoothly.

Kale and Isaiah were punctual, friendly, and professional. They showed us how to change our filter and thoroughly checked our unit for any issues. Highly recommend!

Shady high pressure sales like a used car lot.

Issue after issue and they don’t follow up or follow through. Had ducts replaced in August 2025. They gouged my wood floors, scratched walls and moulding / trim, and put hole in ceiling. Asked twice if it included boots and grills/vents and was assured it would. Couldn’t see text in the already accepted (not by me) estimate. They fixed all but floors because it “would take longer than the time I have.” Front office hides their phone numbers and makes you go through parent company who can’t do anything. Even with all the issues in August the Assistant GM who was coordinating die to GM being on vacation never called me or returned a message. Undersized unit, over filled the coolant by double and never sealed the air handler panels. They sent their best engineer, Thomas Davis, who identified what was needed to fix my AC. Seal the panels and lift AC air handler to put tape on bottom. Was sucking attic air for 7 years with 6 service visits where no one noticed the loud squeeling that had been present since install.

Never could get in contact with office after that to get remaining repairs complete. Three months later, smart hub goes out and they do send a tech out. Costs $99 for them to say “can’t fix and we didn’t do the paperwork right when you bought your system so no warranty. You need a new $1500 thermostat but we don’t have them in stock.” Was supposed to get a call today with options and they ghosted again. Going to Snyder to see if it’s a better experience.

Avoid Leaky Lennox and avoid Service Experts/Air Engineers. They are not the same company of 10-15 years ago. They just want to sell their A/C as a subscription vs taking care of the customers they already have.

It’s amazing that the technician came after hour after I called. i had Chris for the service even though I didn’t do anything for the service but he gave me good recommendations. He is such a good one that i ever seen.

Eugene and Kel were absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable! They not only fixed my a/c but gave me great next steps to maintain the life of the unit! I’d always want that duo to come maintain my unit! Air Systems, you game two GEMS in these guys!

Eugene and Van came out for a service call today and they were fantastic! Helped with the issues we were having and provided extra information to us that we were unaware of. Absolutely recommend.

Chris was WONDERFUL! He explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. The water heater needed to be replaced. He did it efficiently. And it works beautifully. 😍

Nick did a great job. Got the system repaired and up and running quickly and left behind some suggestions for future maintenance.
Also he came out after hours on short notice. I would definitely recommend air engineers.

Just upgraded our unit after 16 years of excellent A/C service with Air Engineers. Got with Brandon and in ONE Day we had an upgraded unit. Stronger, cleaner and smarter. Will definitely save money over the years as it adjusts the amount of power needed to change a few degrees vice full on.
Anthony & Fikret were done in less than 5 hours. Thank you guys!
