I found this company in my local “best picks” magazine. I was really disappointed with my
Experience. I scheduled an electrician to install a ceiling fan ($210) and then I wanted to quote other major projects around the house. The electrician was really unprofessional and took an extremely long time to talk through options. While he was here, he told me he had to remove this panel to check the wiring behind. When he did that, he lost a screw and didn’t put it back on correctly so the right switch is pushed in to the wall. They send text messages to communicate with you and I contacted them twice about this situation and was sadly ignored. Needless to say, I did not use them and don’t plan on it. Look elsewhere!

If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly.
5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago.
7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh.
8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes.
Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

Man, I can’t say enough about Petey. He was on time and Professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me options that I’m gonna discuss with my wife and let me know if I had any questions to contact him. He is an asset to Snyder. What a great experience. I will definitely be in touch soon and he is a main reason. Thank you again, Petey!

David Cowart provided outstanding service! He got our AC running again quickly and offered multiple options to fit our budget. What impressed us most was his honesty and upfront communication — he treated us like people, not just a paycheck. He even suggested a service plan that could save us money, and we chose it because David truly earned our trust and deserved the commission. After finishing the repair, he went above and beyond by checking our entire system to ensure everything was in top shape. Hard work and honesty go a long way, and David embodies both. Highly recommend him — 10/10!

I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

Dana installed a toilet. He did excellent work. Very meticulous and detailed. He was pleasant, worked hard and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I am installing two more toilets and have specifically requested Dana for those jobs also. Since I purchased my own toilet from Home Depot, the price only included parts and labor.

Danny was amazing and we ended up having service not just for our outlets (that we put the request in for), but also for our hvac. we had prior companies not help, and they go here, found the issue and had a new unit installed same day. doesn't get much better than that! Gavin, Chris, dom and Danny and Jason were all amazing and sorry if I got any names wrong!

Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved.

The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically.
He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board.
Extremely, extremely good experience!
I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

Levi was a great tech. He was prompt, polite and fixed my blower motor immediately so my house was ready for weekend guests.

The company’s sales tactics are slightly aggressive. Levi shared a number of estimates which left me skeptical on which were truly something I should consider.

I’m trying their service package for the year so we’ll see how the 6 month check up goes. If you contact Snyder you can trust Levi’s work just be wary of the extras.

My last experience was a repair to my hot water heater. Kat came out on the same day, as usual with Snyder. Service with Snyder is always excellent. Kat was fast and very polite. I don’t know where Snyder finds it’s people but they are always so nice and skilled.

Snyder Tech Omar and partner are very punctual and polite. He immediately brought up concern on an issue he saw during the maintenance and even went out of his way to schedule an asap appointment for further diagnosis.
He provides great customer service and is an asset to your company.

I had a great experience with Snyder Plumbing, and especially with technician Kyle McBride. Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward.
He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
Kyle is absolutely my go-to for any well pump issues, and I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.

Snyder’s two-man team was professional, friendly and efficient. We had HVAC service covered under their Hero Plan. They did offer extra product be added to our system to help it run more efficiently and we accepted.
They showed up on time and we’re very thorough.

Absolutely fantastic company, I was able to schedule quickly and easily as a new customer and Jamal was a pleasure to interact with. He took the time to take pictures of the unit and use them to explain what the issues were and broke it all down for me in plain words, which I appreciated so much! He was efficient and thorough, even showed me how to properly change the filters and was careful to wear boot covers inside my house. I was quoted a very fair price! Very happy new Snyder customer here!

Dominick Yarruso and his partner were the dynamic duo! They replaced my entire HVAC system and a new thermostat. They arrived on time and were professional, kind, and did an awesome job! I was very impressed by their work ethic and ability. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Cody Dettlebach is fantastic! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with the circuits in the panel of my home, provided an affordable estimate with payment plan and, made all the necessary repairs right away. Cody arrived early and fixed my initial problem quickly and was super friendly in explaining a better and more safe way to do it next time. He also took time to answer a few additional questions and concerns I had for some other things that I thought may need attention soon. He was informative, personable, and courteous. I would recommend the company and his service to anyone, and when needed will be a returning customer.

Assured us unit would fit our closet space. It didn't. Now, we're left with unit sticking outside closet, the door removed so they could work won't fit back on without construction add-on, and the unit itself has an AC filter so difficult to replace, we have to lie down on the floor like we're changing the oil filter in a car, and prop the flap in which it goes, open, to get replacement filters in slot. We've played phone tag, and Schneider just shrugs. We got an estimate from a handiman for $900 to build out the frame and replace the door he'll have to modify so the unit can suck air from the door bottom.
Also, took installers 3 hours longer to install than time estimated by salesman. Finally, installers relocated the digital thermostat from the office, where it worked reliably, to the kitchen, so now, when we're cooking, the AC reads the higher temperature, and kicks in to compensate costing us more, not less, in our electric bills. We're extremely displeased with Snyder, Buckhalter, or whatever they're called, and will take our business elsewhere in future. We can't say enough bad about them. We paid $14,000 for THIS.

Billie was amazing, his knowledge and subject matter expertise on the project were top notch. He was well prepared and informed my wife and I of all the plans offered by snyder and not just what we called for. We were so impressed we purchased a home surge protector on top of the floodlights. He came back the very next day and displayed a level of perfessionalism and work ethic any company would be proud of. I would highly recommend this company to friends and recommend they ask for Billie!!!
