We needed 2 new hvac units and bold city had Ryan come out to our house within an hour of me calling. He gave us lots of great information and was very willing to work with us on pricing. We wanted to get them in fast so bold city was able to schedule a crew for the next morning. They were very friendly and professional! Overall, we had a great experience!

After getting to the additional questions below I want to clarify that this was a covered service call with the maintenance plan and we definitely renewed.

We recently had our ducts replaced and I can't thank the team enough (RT, Jacob and Ryan) for all of their help and expertise. We knew it would be a big job as our ducts were incredibly old (likely from the 1960s) and it was early August, when most AC companies would not schedule this type of work. But the team worked hard for 2 days straight and were incredibly thorough, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I could immediately tell the difference - in the best way - with our air once the job was done. In addition to offering competitive pricing, the fact that Bold City was able to do this kind of job off season will definitely make me a return customer. Thanks, guys!

Bold City Heating & Air installed new HVAC system in our home 5 years ago.
Our HVAC stopped working on a Friday, during one of the coldest days of the year in Florida. This would mark the first issue with the system since original installation.
Saturday, the follow day, Jacob (Service Technician) arrived on time and quickly analyzed our system issue.
Today, we experienced the service appointment to replace the part (Blower Motor).
During the service appointment, RT (Service Technician) was very patient while a billing dispute was being resolved with Nate (office representative who was also very kind over the phone). After billing dispute resolution, RT completed the repair expeditiously, with care and a good attitude.
Service Technicians, Jacob and RT were polite, professional, considerate and communicated clearly for all information regarding HVAV repair/replacement, pricing and payment processing.
For both appointments, I especially appreciated the call-ahead before arriving and was very impressed with the start-to-finish process, with little to no mess for me clean up afterwards.
Just as a side-note, our appointment on Saturday with Jacob, was the last appointment of the day (5pm) and our appointment on Friday with RT, was the first appointment of the day (8am), and both Service Technicians were alert and friendly. This was a refreshing experience.

Great experience with Bold City Heating and Air and the tech Randy P. From the time I called them back in Nov/Dec25, customer service was always polite, friendly and professional. In 2025, I had them come out for an estimate because my heat/air vents kept getting stuck. Air/heat was working on one level. When the vent would flip, it would heat or cool the opposite level of my home. Finally, had them come out and replace the dampers/motor and capacitor in Feb26. I asked what type of discount could they offer and they ended up giving me a small discount (coupon worthy) on each job. Again, I still experienced the same respective customer service. The communication and service were great. No issue in getting the job done in a reasonable time. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Randy! Thanks Bold City!

I just used Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning @ my mom’s house after her air went out over the weekend. After calling and speaking to someone on Sunday, Brian came out Monday, assessed the issue and was back first thing Tuesday to fix it. He also called while I was around the corner and couldn’t reach me initially, waited and then immediately came back once he contacted me to work with my schedule. So kind and professional. We also use Hammond at my place and someone came out in a Sunday to fix the issue. We have continuously used them for several years and always a great experience. We always recommend them to all our friends & family.

I cannot say enough about Hammond Air. My AC unit died on Thursday night. I reached out to multiple companies asking for an estimate as this was an emergency. Kyle called me and came to my house within 10 minutes. He also verified that the cost to repair made no sense. I explained my situation to him and he came back with an estimate that was half of what I had been quoted by a competitor. Not only did I agree to have them do the job but they have a customer for life! I will definitely refer this company every single time!!

Bryan came out and looked at our A/C today and he was wonderful. Super friendly and explained everything that was going on and how he would make repairs. Very happy with our service and will be recommending it to our neighbors. Thanks Bryan!

We had another company come out and tell us that our condenser was bad and we had to replace the entire unit. After quoting us an insane amount, we started getting quotes from other local companies. We decided to go with Hammond because Aaron was not pushy, he was very professional and simply laid out the options. Hammond was reasonably priced and they were able to get the unit installed the next day. The install was smooth and the installers were great. They actually diagnosed the original problem ($50 fix) but we decided based on the age of the units, it was worth it to go forward with the replacement. I highly recommend them and we will be using Hammond going forward.

This so called ac came out 3 different times. Still having ac issues not cooling down. They replaced the coils and dampers in attic, saying that would solve the problem but obviously it didn't. They said a free standing wall i had up for the last 6 years was the problem for no air flow. So I took care of that problem but still house not cooling down like it should. After talking to the manager or owner his reply is they are no longer gonna service this address. Spent a few thousand dollars and problem not resolved. So decided to call another ac company and they came out. Evaluated the situation and said the coils more than likely didn't need replaced. Then he removed the upper air handler panel to find the motor fan was totally covered with mold inside and out. This will 100% restrict the air flow even though the manager wouldn't admit to it. I asked him several times if it would and his response was im not answering that question. To spend 3k and problem not solved, you would think that Hammond ac would make things right. Would not recommend this company at all.
