Many thanks to Bryan from Hammond who saved us from the sweaty torture of a broken AC in the middle of August. Bryan was punctual, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix a recurring issue with our unit all while becoming our dog’s new favorite human :) Now our house is cool and we would highly recommend Bryan for even the most perplexing of AC issues!

Bryan came by my property to diagnose a water leak in the ceiling caused by condensation on a HVAC pipe that was missing some insulation and repair it. He was professional, on time, and very efficient. After having a handful of contractors come over without any luck, I'm really glad to have had Bryan's expertise to finally figure out the problem and get it taken care of.

Fast, friendly service. Work was performed less than 24 hours after the request. The service tech, James, was punctual and knowledgeable with the HVAC issue.

Kerry McDaniel is very professional and uses his manners! He came within the window of time quoted to us over the phone, was able to figure out the problem with our A/C unit, fixed the problem, and cold air was blowing into our home again within minutes!! Kerry explained with photos what had happened to our unit that caused the problem, and then went on to explain the condition of the overall unit, the performance of the unit, and the approximate age. The cold air blowing into our home again was proof enough that he had fixed the problem, but we were confident with his work and the A/C unit going forward. The invoice amount was fair and he was driving away in less than 30 minutes!! Great job and very satisfied customers!

This company is upfront and honest! The company I normally use is no longer servicing Jacksonville due to their demand in the Gainesville area. They referred me to Hammond. I had 2 different issues occur within a week of each other. First, Bryan came out and was very upfront about what needed to be done, cost, and what I could do myself to save a few bucks. The next week, my A/C blower went out on weekend. Kerry came out quick on Saturday and diagnosed that I needed a new blower motor, but unfortunately it was no longer under warranty and the repair would be very costly. He suggested I contacted my previous A/C company to see if they would honor their company warranty before committing to a costly repair (they did!). He also waived the $110 diagnostic charge because of this. Very honest, reliable, knowledgeable company through and through. Great people and I won't hesitate to call them again.

Brian from Hammond was wonderful! He came to inspect leaking we had in the ceiling and attic and was super efficient. He was also so kind and helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely reccomend Brian to everyone we know!

Ok it is a holiday weekend and my ac went out it was a bad capacitor. These guys answered phone instantly late at night and came out early the next day. I found them last year and use them for 3 properties and they have been so awesome I used them for a new unit shown in picture at one of the properties. They are friendly knowledgeable and just so very honest and friendly. I added the picture so you know it is a real review. If only the world had more people like the people at Hammond air.

Brian L came out to fix our AC units and was amazing. He was very thorough and told me about each step before doing anything. Brian was also great with our dog 😁. I would definitely ask for him if you need service.

Of course the AC goes out in July. Of course it does. I called Hammond early in the morning to schedule an appointment. And the first thing they do is suggest a simple fix. I loved that. Who says "Oh, it might just be this!", possibly losing money? Well, it wasn't what was suggested and I scheduled my appointment. Kerry was here on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The charge was less than we were expecting, and that was a nice surprise too! We bought this unit from Hammond, and I can't see us going to anyone else. Thank you Kerry!

Bryan came out and set right our system which was very much broken. Air conditioning being essential to living in Florida we greatly appreciate the work he did. Hammond installed the system some years ago and came out very promptly this time to repair it. Very good very good and much appreciated.

Bryan came out yesterday as part of our yearly maintenance agreement to service our HVAC unit and was great! He took his time to inspect the unit and give great suggestions about air filter recommendations and suggested maintenance to improve the longevity of our unit. 10/10 recommend!

This is a great local Company I highly reccomend for HVAC. I had a whole new unit installed in May. They made sure everything is up and running even after I signed the dotted line. I had a small issue with wiring that Bryan came out and fixed for me. He was on time, did a thorough evaluation, and got everything up and running. I appreciate what Bryan did for us and for Hammond doing good business.

Brian from Hammond was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a smart tip to cool the motor with a hose, which kept our house comfortable in the meantime.
