Ethan at Ideal Conditions is so knowledgeable! His company has the best trained technicians available, and it really gives me peace of mind knowing the single most important equipment in my home (that makes living in Florida doable) is in great hands!

UPDATE: I have changed my original rating to a 5 star. The owner reached out immediately and came to check on everything himself which. He reassured me that everything was handled and kept their word with the maintenance plan. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure the issue was addressed and done quickly. Great customer service is very hard to come by but they have exceeded even my own expectations. Thank you for making it right! I appreciate you all!

My AC went out on one of the hottest days. I was picking up my kids the next day so I called this company to see if they could check out my unit and see what was wrong so I could get it fixed. A technician named Chris came to my house and looked at my unit and said I had a leak and was low on Freon. He charged me $109 to “diagnose” my unit. Due to the rain that popped up, he didn’t do the leak test to verify that I had a leak. Needless to say, I was unable to pick up my kids because I needed to schedule the leak test. So I decided to get a second opinion because his answers were quite vague and quite frankly, did not give the impression that he really knew what was wrong. Today I had a second company come take a look. Lo and behold, I do not have a leak and I am absolutely not low on Freon, instead it is my fan motor. Times are hard for people right now and I understand that everyone is just trying to support their families, however, to take over $100 and be totally wrong is just disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again and as a City employee, I will not recommend this company to my colleagues. I really did hope my experience would 5 stars like all of these other reviews, but sadly, I was mistaken. I really was hoping for that wonderful experience, I sincerely hope no other individual has an experience like mine where you feel utterly rooked and quite frankly, taken advantage of.

The excellent service started with the front office scheduling my appointment. She was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of what type services I needed. Fortunately, she was able to schedule my appointment the same day. The technician who came out was amazing. He went over and above to resolve my issue, he explained the problem very well, and suggested additional work that I felt comfortable with. Due to the excellent experience I had, I rescheduled an appointment to come back and repair my system. Great Job Staff !!!

Beginning of hurricane season, it was 95 degrees INSIDE my house. I thought my AC was completely broken. I called Ideal Solutions and Loren answered the phone. She was so understanding and so professional. She assured me she could have someone come out that same day and within 3 hours at that! She even called me with an ETA of the technician. Tom arrived within the timeframe the said and he went through every aspect of my outside unit as well as my 26 year old air handler. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He took time to explain it so I could understand and did not try to upswell me , instead he gave me a discount and 24 month written guarantee on their work. The scheduled the work for the next morning and they came exactly on time! Tom introduced me to the technician Kevin and the work began. My condenser fan motor was replaced, new capacitor and a complete pull and clean needed to be done and leak seal added. My old unit works fantastic now! Kevin, the tech was amazing and kind and explained everything I needed to know including how to properly flush my system with vinegar at least once a month. He also had to relocate a cooling pipe and add a piece so that I could easily get to it. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and it took quite a bit of time and labor about 5 hours but he didn’t complain he kept working. I’m so happy with the service Ideal Solutions provided me that i will only use them from now on. They are the real deal and from the office to the field, the staff are top notch. I highly recommend them for your air / heating needs. In fact Tom mentioned that indeed they do electrical work so you already know I will be calling Ideal Solutions for all my work. Thank you Kevin and Tom for such fine work. Even down to the mention of making sure my cats don’t escape from the door, y’all have a new customer for life!

The owner Tom Massey did my second opinion. Tom is very knowledgeable, thorough and fair. Ideal Conditions performed and completed repairs on my two units in six hours including going to get a part. One needed an evaporator coil and the other a pressure switch. The technician Josh Sauer is courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I will use Ideal Conditions for all my AC work.

I am going to try to make this brief. I was referred to Ideal Conditions initially in April 2025. They were absolutely courteous, timely, friendly and professional but I went with another company simply because of price. Well, 5 months later, I was without air again and was convinced that I needed to buy another unit, I reached out to the service manager Mike, and he got me scheduled for an estimator to come out and get me a quote right away. When Tom (the actual owner) arrived, the first thing he did was talk to me and ask me various questions as to why I felt like I needed a new unit. He then decided that he wanted to re-diagnose the system. He heard my concerns, diagnosed my unit and when he left, I had working air! This visit literally saved me thousands of dollars. He was honest and knowledgeable and listened to everything that previous HVAC techs dismissed as "you need a new system". I called to get a quote but what I actually received from this service call was priceless!

Everything went great with our new air conditioner installation. Ethan came out yesterday and quoted a new system for us. He was so knowledgable and explained how different components of the system work and why we should select the system he recommended. We were able to have the system installed the next day! Patrick, Jacob and Stefan came for the install. Patrick explained the process before he began the install. Ethan came during the day to check in with us and answer any questions we might have. Everyone on the install was professional, competent and nice. The new unit looks great and is working beautifully.! I would highly recommend Ideal Conditions!.

I’m very satisfied with my prompt, professional and courteous service. Kevin Barrozo came out the same day and repaired my unit. My WiFi thermostat went dark and I could not reset it. I thought my unit was gone right before Christmas. But he fixed it! He explained what was wrong, what he did to repair it and recommended routine maintenance, which I gladly accepted. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I had my old hvac company come out 2 days ago, claiming my compressor died during this killer cold snap as our heat stopped working. I decided to call Ideal Conditions to come out, and give me a free 2nd opinion. I wanted to make sure I needed to spend several thousand dollars for a new compressor first. We'll, Ideals tech Mike Eagle came out the next day and was able to fix the issue that turned out to not be the compressor. Some testing and a new starter assist was all that was needed. Instead of spending thousands for something that was not needed, Mike knew what the heck he was doing, and my system is now running like new. Thank you Mike and Thank you Ideal! Calling your company was the best free 2nd opinion I could have asked for.

One of the few companies that still values people over the bottom line. Mike and Cameron were honest, professional and very helpful. They fixed the problem and were a pleasure to have in our home. We’ve been with them for over 10 years and cannot recommend them highly enough!

January 15, 2026 Technician Cameron came out to do a Free second opinion on my Compressor not working and he was here for 3 hrs on the phone with Mike helping him with the diagnostic. He told me it needed a new component board for the outside unit and I was all set. Something told me to turn the unit on in the inside and the outside unit came on but not the inside unit so I was able to catch Cameron before he left and call him back into the house to let him k ow that the system wasn’t coming on and he calll Mike to let him know and he came to let me know that the blower wasn’t coming on and I said why it was working a minute ago and he said that Mike told him that it was part of the issue. That’s not true the blower wasn’t coming working and now they have messed up my blower trying to diagnose my unit by wiring the system and turning up the unit putting it in emergency mode!!!
To reiterate from my other review post Today January 17, 2026 Mike the supervisor came out to take care of the blower and he replaced a relay fuses for my blower to work and he put some wires back in place on the defrost board to get me some heat in my house thank God for that becauseI didn’t have a running system for a couple of days. I was satisfied with Mike service today.
