Technician arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done, did the work needed and informed us that he would be making contact with 2-10 Warranty and requesting a new coil for the AC unit

Don't use this service. They charged me 99 to show up and 272 to clean a line. When I realized what I was charged for I was upset. Just don't Google clogged ac line. It is an easy 372 for them.

Service technician arrived within time slot. He analyzed the problem, which was a failure due to an electrical outage caused by a severe storm on Friday. Company Owner will quickly follow up to ensure building is cool again. Highly recommend this AC Company for its professionalism and attention to details.

My AC was not cooling to the designated temperature, so I called for help. I love their appointment confirmation system. It's very customer friendly. You receive an email with a picture of the Tech who will service your home. Daniel came at the scheduled time, and very quickly identified the issue. I was impressed! He was very professional and even answered a couple of questions. The service fee is very affordable and I will certainly be using Comfort Zone again!

Jeff was our technician. He arrived Monday shortly after 8 am, which was great on our behalf because we were in a hot house for a week. He originally came on Friday to confirm our blower needs replacing, but the part needed to be approved through my insurance plan. I contacted Comfort Zone for urgent help due to an unresponsive warranty claim with another company outside of Comfort Zone. Comfort Zone immediately provided me an estimate to repair my AC unit and had the work scheduled and completed in less than 48 hours. The other company had been dragging along for more than 10 days and counting. I will never go anywhere else for AC service again.
