Excellent service! I called about my thermostat not working and they were able to get a technician here in 3 hours. Tyree was able to find the problem in 1 minute. Turns our It was a clogged drainage pipe. Tyree fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Zone

Everything was taken care of by the two technicians today, (sorry I did not remember their names). They were efficient and courteous, and the temperature is coming down now on the unit, yay!

Tyree was here as I pulled up in the driveway. He was very professional. He ran the checks on the air-conditioning unit – both inside and outside – he replaced our Air conditioning filter which we just changed out last week. Kudos to a job well done!

Donni and Josh was very helpful in explaining why a UV light is important. Answered all my questions and quotes for some future maintenance for our hvac system. Shared also some tips on how to take care of our system.

Absolute great service from Donnie and Josh. One my units had a mold problem due to excessive heating and cooling, and right away they cleaned it and recommended a pair of UV lights to quell the problem. They installed them immediately and even fixed one of my Remo Halo transformers which was causing an issue in another system. I hear they also so duck cleaning - which I'm planning to get done this Spring after the inside construction is done on my house. Great guys, and an excellent company. Highest recommendation! Here's a photo of my happy dog now that HVAC is working perfectly.

I have received excellent service from Comfort Zone. Donnie is great! Came out for Fall Maintenance and spent a couple of hours making sure every detail was handled. I also had a new thermostat installed! Love the ability to control it from my phone.

Thank you Donnie for taking the time out and explaining to me the difference between Alright, Better, Best AC units. You really have to be careful purchasing a home especially with older units. He went above and beyond of what's needed and what I should save and prepare for. This is a temporary fix now because it's through my home warranty. However.... thanks to him the house is cool now. Comfort Zone of North Florida were once again great! Donnie came on Friday the 15th to diagnose my HVAC. Joshua and Dillion were here on the 20th for the install! The 3 of them were awesome! They all did a fantastic job. They showed up earlier than later of the time slot, they worked their butts off and cleaned up when they were done. Answered all my crazy questions 🤪! Comfort Zone Always bring excellent service every time. Today they did Maintenance service to our HVAC system and installed a UV light due to the bacteria, mold and who knows what else is growing in our system. CZ gave us a reasonable price for this unexpected expense but worthy for our family’s health. Thank you Donnie and Josh of Comfort Zone for your reliable honest service. Highly recommended.

Dillon was great, made the Diagnostics very quick and easy. This is not my first time using comfort zone and will not be my last. Twice now theyve been able to come check my system the same day. I am very happy with them.
