I was very pleased with my AC unit which was installed in 2020 by Cool R Us and today the fan motor replacement was also completed timely and efficiently. The Cool R Us team is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and on time.

I have only good words about this company my AC was working only on heating last night so we called cool r us to check it out a technician came 1 hour after we called them but we needed to change it out because the time of it was finished so the next day Juljan & Orelvis and his crew came and finish the job in 2 hours nothing else to say very thankful to the owner Lek and definitely Cool R Us is the way to go.

Price was just right and they did an excellent job installing the unit. I'm selling the house n I was concerned that there would be a mess, scratches on the walls and debris left behind... The installation was smooth n clean. I would recommend them to Family and friends.

I am very happy with Cool R Us, I called them Saturday afternoon to set up an appointment. I left a message and was called back within 15 minutes, Josh asked me when I was available and I said now and he was at my house within the hour. Josh is one heck of a representative for the company he went over every aspect of the AC units and their different features. After his presentation and us even talking to the Owner of the company my wife and I decided to make them our choice for our new AC unit. We had prior quotes from other companies but their representatives didn't hold a candle to Josh and how thorough he was about the AC units. The installation team showed up this morning at 9am and went right to work, very clean and professional. A couple of hours into the installation another crew showed up to do my duct cleaning I opted to get this done since I've been in my home 16 years and never had it done before. Both crews were outstanding they worked together on both the installation and duct cleaning. If you've never had your ductwork cleaned I highly recommend it. The workmanship of the installation is second to none, you can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in every aspect of their work right down to the clean up. My neighbor had Cool R Us replace their AC system and recommend them to me and I can see why.
Update 4/2/25, we have our A/C units serviced every 6 months. Today Abdul and Mike came out and checked all our systems including the airflow throughout the house. Both of them are very professional and greeted me with a handshake. After completing the service Abdul informed me of all he did and that our unit was working very proficiently. I can not say enough about Cool R Us and how good they are...

Cool R Us came 2 hours after being notified we have a problem. Two very nice and informative men came . They diagnosed the problem right away. Needing to order a part which they will try to get by tomorrow afternoon to install. They were so great I wish I had known about them a while ago.

If you want your system running the same day, call Cool-R-US! I had 3 different A/C companies come out to troubleshoot the system and give me a price for the repairs. The other companies gave me an estimate for repairs, over estimated the Freon needed, said it was a 3 to 5 day wait for the parts and once the parts came in I would be put back in the queue for scheduling the repair. Cool-R-US technicians came with the mindset of getting the system up and running that day. Their technicians were disappointed they couldn’t get it running while they were there. Lek ordered the part for overnight delivery and his technicians returned the very next day to repair the system! Their technicians were thorough, explained what needed to be done, and cleaned up before they left, all at 20% less than what the others quoted. That’s the kind of service I’m certain we all want.

I had many choices and interviewed multiple companies until someone in the neighborhood had recommended Cool R Us. I spoke with the owner of the company and he was very effective, kind and within an hour I had his people in my property. He gave me the unfortunate news of my AC Compressor was done. Mr. Lek had a solution within hours; He was able to help me and correct the issue. This was by far the best experience I had working with a HVAC Company. Josh, who is the Project Manager was very professional. I made the call...they came right out. He went over everything with me. By far the best estimate I had. I was going to have to wait until during the week to get something done. But Josh made a phone call to his crew and they came out on a Sunday 11.2.25 and had it all done for me within a couple of hours. All new system. The crew was amazing. Phenomenal experience for the third time with Cool R Us.
They came out to our home on 2 previous occasions to fix our A/C, but the time came for a new one.
Within 48 hours of our A/C dying on a Saturday night, Cool R Us had an entire new A/C system installed, calibrated, and running.
I cannot put into words how nice it was to have a team of professionals deliver a quality product, on time, as described, and with the work ethic that is so hard to find in today’s world.

I am a repeat customer and have always had excellent service with Cool R Us, Inc. This incident was the need for a new unit. I called on 2-19-26 for an estimate for a new system in a short-term beach rental and a crew was there on a Saturday in-between guests to install the new system. I highly recommend Cool R Us! I have nothing but great things to say about the owner, office staff, technicians, and installers. Plus, they install top of the line quality products.
