I have been doing business with this company for over 30 years and I can't believe how nasty, unprofessional and horrible the actually owner Mr. Leroy Blanton was with me and my poor wife over the phone. I have a drain problem and if it was explained nicely that they could fix my piping issue before completing the drain cleaning I would have continued doing business with this jerk. This company shouldn't be in business it should be in bankruptcy after the way they treat their customers.

It gets worse. I need a cap placed on the vent but this company didn't tell me that, they wanted to charge me $675.00 to run a vent line through my roof line never explaining to me my options and that a cap would run me about $30.00 to install. In business or in jail you decide.

Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my tub and sink drained. The tub drained great but there was issue with the sink. Travis told me my options and gave me an estimate for one of them. After he spoke with the owner, they didn't charge me for the sink since the job couldn’t be completed. I really appreciate that. I will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

My husband, my landlord and myself have called over and over and over again for the past two days and there has been no answer at alol and no answering machine. I’m not sure how they are even still in business between the 3 of us we have probably called atleast 60 times.

Literally the worst company in terms of customer service. Regardless of the situation, as being the owner of a business, you are expected to maintain a professional courtesy with your potential clients, despite how you may feel personally. You cannot run a successful business operation without taking care of the client first and foremost.

Though I have not personally had the experience of Econo-Rooter coming to my home for a plumbing issue, I have had more than one person tell me that their owner was callous and rude to them.

You may dismiss me as "just another false review" but realize how effective word of mouth is when operating a business. Your quality is defined by the words of your customers, and by your actions as a business owner.

My husband has used this company in the past when our kitchen sink became clogged. This morning the owner, Leroy, phoned and I happened to answer the phone. This man began to yell at me saying they would not come out to our home because of the vent. I had never spoken to this person, yet he was so angry at me. Very unprofessional. They could have had a much bigger job if the owner had basic decency and common courtesy. This owner should not deal with consumers. In this day and age, there is no need to be nasty to anyone. Do yourself a favor, call another plumber.

Definitely got the best service every friendly great customer service as well I would recommend anyone here.

The toilet, shower, and bath tub in my master bath room backed up with sewage on Thursday. My trusty plunger was overwhelmed with the carnage. I called a Plumber that advertises on talk radio often. They advertise "We will clear any drain for $123.00 or it is free." They could not come out until the next day and I was fine with that. The plumber arrived about 10am. She went out to locate the clean out valve and said she could not find it. She said it should be there but she did not have time to look for it. She did say she could remove the toilet and re-seat it for a bit over $1,100.00. She did not have any extra time to look for my valve, but did have time to do a thousand plus dollar job. I greeted her farewell and spent the weekend with one bathroom out of commission. On Monday, I called Econo Rooter, and the technician arrived just before noon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing. The cost would be a little higher to clear the drain at $183.00, but if the toiled had to be removed and reseated, it would only cost an additional $100.00. He located the clean out valve in about five minutes and went to work. In all the job took less than one hour. There were no hidden charges, no surprises, and the work was done professionally and with craftsmanship skill. I am proud to be a member of the Econo Rooter happy customer group. George Oller

So far all I have done is schedule the appointment to have my sink and dishwasher fixed. They have not come to my house yet, but after speaking to Larry on the phone I'm not exactly thrilled to have them come to my house. He did certainly did not have the best attitude and was not very welcoming with customer service skills. I can only hope that the guy or the person that comes to fix my sink and dishwasher has a better attitude about his job and looks forward to helping customers. I will update my review Once I have been serviced
***Update: our plumber was great. Fixed the job quick, no problem working well now. I love getting plumbers who have been doing this for a while. Apparently Larry works in the dispatch and could have better customer service skills so if you get him on the phone, I suppose try to look past it as they do have good plumbers.

My mother has used this company several times but our most recent experience was unprofessional by the owner. He asked what the problem was and I could only state what I knew was a clogged toilet. Well the plumber came out and gone in 20mins stating they fixed the clog $150. Called the next day because same issue. Came out did tge same and mind you not using at least a 50ft drain snake. Well comes to find out a pipe under the house has a crack in it but a blockage in the pipe. I will not use them again do to the rudeness of the owner.

Contrary to some of the recent reviews, we and our neighbor have had great experiences with Econo-Rooter over the years and today's service was great as well.

We have an older (1960's) house in Arlington. Drain line was clogged again and backing up into kitchen sink. Called at 9am this morning (a Saturday) to see if they had anyone available to come out today or Monday. I was told they could come today and their tech arrived at 9:40am. I did not catch his name, but he was the same older and experienced guy that came out 2 years ago. He had our drain line cleared and working perfectly in about 45 minutes.

I'm a property manager in the city of Jacksonville and I am absolutely Not a fan of them. I called for a drain unclogged and they said they would send someone out. Great! They said they would have someone come out and would call first so I waited for a call. No one call me. So around the end of the day I called and they said someone called me 10 times and repeated my number back to me. I don't have a single call in my call log. I'm not sure who answered the phone but he had wasn't friendly at all on this second call or on the first one really either. This isn't the only reason I wouldn't recommend them. It's also because a day previously when attempting to schedule the phone rang and no one answered at 3pm. Their website says they close at 5. They came from someone else to highly recommended and I don't recommend in the slightest.

The scariest moment of my life !! All my bathrooms, showers, sinks, and jacuzzi tub 🛀 somehow overflowed and I had no idea why ?? Luckily my neighbor was kind enough to let me shower at their house. In the end Econo Rooter saved the day!! Their service tech was very friendly, honest and thorough. He resolved our plumbing issue quickly and at a reasonable price.

We had an excellent experience with Travis from Econo-Rooter yesterday. Woke up to a clogged septic line. I called and got a no nonsense quote and they came out earlier than scheduled. Took care of the problem with no B.S. and on budget. Much better experience than the larger companies. I would highly recommend.

This company is great and affordable. They have top of the line equipment. I definitely recommend using them.

I haven't needed a plumber in years. But when I finally needed one a week ago, these guys got to me, gave me a reasonable price, figured out AND fixed the issue. Turns out it was more than just a clog, good thing they put a camera in there after unclogging it. Definitely would use them again. 10/10

I’m so glad this company is under new management because the previous reviews had me nervous but their price had me interested. The tech that came to my property was DeJune and he was very straightforward, firm, friendly and fair. It took a minute for him to understand all of the issues I had going on. Once he diagnosed the issues he immediately began fixing them. Other companies that I shall not name were asking for no less and $2,500 and I was getting discouraged because that total was out of my range at that moment but the repairs and installations had to be done. Econo-Rooter gave me a quote I could not refuse base on the previous quotes I received. Thank you Econo Rooter and DeJune for putting a smile on my face and my bank account.
