I had three plumbers come and snake my drain. Needless to say it was still going on. I called popaclog, Craig came out and with his video was able to see that roots had grown threw old Terra cotta drain pipe. He was able to blast away most of the roots and pulled out five gallons of sand. Also fixed the pipe where the first plumber just cut a whole in the top of the pipe for his snake and left it.

Dude dropped what he was doing at 8:30pm on a Saturday to come fix my plumbing, just so I could give my baby a bath before bed. He was very polite and professional. I'm definitely saving his number in case there are any other issues.

Craig came out to Middleburg and helped us with a tough clog. They were very friendly and professional! Came out very quickly and had us fixed just as fast! We'd highly recommend Craig and his crew!

wow. Creig was very professional he was with another client beforehand and within 15 minutes he was at my door to help with my drains. He took care of the problem right away and checked that all the pipes were working properly. He also suggested some tips on how to prevent future cloggings. We had a really bad grease build up in our kitchen pipe. So bad to the point it was not draining at all- Craig came out quickly and took care of us. Our Condo community of 160 units recently contacted Pop-A-Clog, Inc. to address a number of clogged underground gutter pipes on our property. Craig came out and after reviewing one of the areas, recommended using their hydro jet process. He wrote a very reasonable quote, along with a date they would be available to complete the project. Craig and Alex arrived as scheduled and began using the hydro jet to remove dirt and debris from the pipes. They were completely cleared in no time at all. This process also identified several pipes that were not draining properly into the storm drain. They may have been crushed or damaged from roots, needing to be repaired at some point. We are very pleased with their service, efficiency and advice on how to move forward.

found a leak on Thursday and he had a tech out on Friday morning to fix the leak he was a very nice tech and did the job correctly no more leaks and the owner on the company is very nice and understanding will use again if i need service

The work was done correctly, quickly and for a reasonable price. I hopefully won't need them again but if i need plumbing work I'd call them again.

My GMA used their service to repair her sink and is happy. I will be calling soon to have mine repaired.

I had clogged kitchen drain and Joe was very professional and cleared the drain, even went up on roof to clear clog through vent but did not charge anything extra for doing so, have not had any more problems with the drain since work was done and am very staisfied.

Very Rude and Unprofessional. No call no show when calling the owner calls me back from a private number. I question why a business is calling from a private number and he gets an attitude. Says he does not give out his number. I told him don't worry I will call someone else he said GOOD! What kind of business does not give out there phone number! Found them in the Money Pages Magazine do no waste your time with this company.

They came through in a crisis, during the hurricane warning and the nor'easter of 10/616 to clear our backed up sewer. They got here in 30 min. and did a thorough job; whereas RotoRooter, whom we had called the night before at 6:30 p.m., never came that night, postponed us till the next day, and then gave us completely bogus reasons (really - out and out lies!) about how our location and the weather prevented them from coming - and were curt and argumentative on the phone to boot! Use Roto Rooter!!!
