I had a wonderful experience with Pedro. He explained everything very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He did an awesome job for us. I'm glad we called this company. They sent him right out immediately and took care of our problem. Definitely a 5 star company.

I cannot express the joy that I have experienced with Jack’s Hydro Jetter’s LLC Sebastian and his partner came to my house that had a severely clogged pipe. Sebastian worked diligently to unclog the pipe and get me back to an operational state. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work that you would need.

I planned on having Jax hydro jett out a backed up floor drain at a facility I manage but the price just happened to be more than we were able to afford. With that said, however, the lady I spoke with on the phone and the technician I met with were all very kind and professional and If cercumstances were difference, I would love to have done business with these folks.

Excellent service! Sebastian was timely, honest and found a cost effective solution to my problem! Cleared out the clog so I can use the water in my house again. Looking forward to getting my entire system hydro-jetted eventually. Highly recommend!

Sebastian responded within two minutes after I contacted him. Not exaggerating! We had a storm drain that was clogged with debris and the pipe was punctured. He explained the issue in detail. He took multiple pictures of the problem and sent us a very detailed invoice. He is prompt, honest, reliable, personable and fair. He is now my go to for all my plumbing needs!
These days it's hard find someone who really cares about their clients and takes pride in their work and Sebastian does both!

Great job unclogging my kitchen sink, which also affected my bathroom drainage. After trying one company, who couldn't get the job done, Sebastian did, in lickety split time.

I had a very upsetting experience with this company. While working from home, I received a notification from my security camera showing two unknown men connecting a hose to my water outlet without my knowledge or permission.

When I went outside to confront them, they stated that they were working on a water issue in another unit and chose to use my water supply because it was “easier to access.” I don’t understand why they thought it was appropriate to come up to my unit instead of using the water of the unit they claim to be fixing a problem for. At no point did they attempt to knock on my door, ask for permission, or notify me beforehand.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and a serious invasion of privacy. Not only did they access my private property without consent, but they stole water that I am personally responsible for paying for. This situation raises major concerns about professionalism and respect for residents’ property.

I encourage others to be aware and monitor their property closely if this company is performing work in the area.

Tried calling and got a machine. "Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls." I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said "were sorry, this line is only for plumbers" and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

I guess the place is ok but, it only wants to deal wholesale with plumbers. The website indicates a showroom but, we were told the woman who ran it retired and nobody wanted to be bothered with it. The website for this company is totally misleading and out of date.
