Hired them.to locate a hot water pipe leak under slab. I already knew general location. Tech came out said he couldn't find a hot leak, said it was cold leak. Tried to explain to him floor was hot and no cold water pipe was in that location. Marked location where he said leak was. Took day off from work to remove our laminate floor and tear up concrete. No pipes, no leak even 3 feet deep. Also, tech left water meter box wide open for kids to break there leg in. Sent a different tech out, I marked location for him and he confirmed it was there where I said it was. Removed more laminate and tore up more concrete. There it was. $400 wasted. Company did not offer any discount for their screw up. Find another company to find your leak.

I don't like giving negative reviews, however this company is very poor with communication between themselves and with their customers. I had to call multiple times to get the information I paid for and to follow up on a quote. After spending $400 I still don't know what I have to do or what needs repair. Call someone else.

Horrible company from the technicians to the customer service team to the owner. All of which were disrespectful and dishonest. We scheduled a service call days in advance and my appointment time was changed multiple times. Eventually they found a time that worked for THEM so we blocked off our day. They did not show up. When we called they said the technician forgot to come. They gave us another appointment time a week away. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and honestly I am surprised that she has a job as a customer service representative. Also surprised that companies like this are actually still in business. Would never use this company again even if the service was free.

These clowns cost me my insurance coverage. The insurance company sent them to my home to identify the source of a damage in my shower. American Leak Detection said the leak was the result of failed maintenance by me. With this information, my homeowners insurance cancelled my policy.
Well, the leak was the result of a leaking shower valve inside the wall.
AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION FAILED TO DETECT THAT LEAK!!
TOTAL INCOMPETENCY!
Meanwhile I had to find a new insurance policy at a higher rate.
This company will COST YOU MORE IN THE END! AVOID LIKE A LEAKY FAUCET!!

David was excellent, installed a brand new hot water heater. Everything looks awesome and professionally done. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received. Thank you!!

Will be calling this company when I need anymore work did. And I will be telling my family and friends about this companies.

Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Our toilet backed up into our bathtub and of course it was on a Saturday but David from Florida Heritage came out and stayed until the problem was fixed. We are so grateful for their expertise and we will definitely be calling them again.

This company is amazing! Quick to respond! In the past 3 weeks we’ve had two emergencies concerning our plumbing.
1st we had a clog in our main sewage line on Christmas Eve. David came out within an hour of my call and got to work. He had all the tools to complete the job, from a snake to a remote camera he knew where to look, knew what to do and gave us resolution!
2nd , we received a call from the city of Jax Beach telling us we had a small leak, probably a toilet or leaky hose. I called Florida Heritage again and they were here within a couple of hours. Well it wasn’t a toilet or hose, it was a leak in the main line after the meter. David’s expertise in finding that leak was amazing to see. After some digging, he was able to get to it or fix it.
He then returned my yard to the condition it was when he arrived. Great service, genuinely kind and very respectful of my property. Could not have asked for a better experience.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced some toilets - quickly and neatly. No mess or issues at all! Thank you David!

I can’t say enough good things! He was the second person we had come out to locate a leak. He came out and fixed the issue the same day! He was very professional and informative. Very reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be using him in the future!

Our tankless water heater was hit with a power surge on a Saturday. The owner personally came out to try and diagnose the issue and reset the thing the same day, to no avail. He came out the very next day, a Sunday mind you, and installed an upgraded gas tankless water heater that has worked perfectly (better than the original one) now for many months. No issues, fast service and an extremely fair price far less than what I thought I would have to pay. I'm in construction, so I watched the installation like a hawk, and the workmanship was impeccable. I will definitely be using them again for some future plumbing upgrades and repairs that are coming down the pipeline. I highly recommend.

Esta compania es pesima, solicite un equipo completo de aire acondiconado y nunca me llego el heat pump, cada vez que llamaba en 3 ocasiones me cancelaban la orden anterior y me hacian una nueva y era volver a esperar, en la 3 ocasion ya me cance y cancele la orden para la devolucion del air handler que si me habia llegado rapido, la devolucion para la recogida se demoro tambien hace com 15 dias que se devolcio y aun no me devuelven mi dinero, he tenido muy mala experiencia con ellos, jamas volveria a comprarles nada, cada vez que llamo al servicio al cliente siempre es algo diferente y nunca dicen lo que en realidad pasa, con un sorry lo resuelven todo. Mala muy mala experiencia desde julio 8 que hice la primera solicitud.

Normally I get good service from HD supply. This time around it was not great. First the wrong air handler was deliver, received a 3 ton Air Handler instead of a 2.5 Air Handler. Today they delivered a damaged condenser. After several phone calls to HD supply I finally reach Mario Perez who process my return with no issues. Not all of HD Reps are on Mr. Perez level.
