The employee did an excellent job. The only downside was that they were supposedly going to be here at 10am from the phone call for information I made the day before. The window was originally 8am-noon. Terry was there well after noon. I think we should have received a call saying he would be late.

Able was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the condition of my water softener and due to its age why it needed to be replaced. Very nice to work with!

Efficient and compact system. No electricity needed. Easy on the salt. It suited all my needs +. The installers were on time, polite, courteous and left no mess behind. Not the cheapest system on the market, but you get what you pay for! This was worth the cost difference and has a much longer warranty.

Abel was extremely helpful in telling me exactly what I need to install my Kinetico system. I had purchased a used system but did not have all the fittings needed to install. He sent me an itemized list of parts needed.

They were very responsive and Will did a very thorough job searching for the issue and implementing ways to correct it. He was very informative and left his card to contact him should the issue continue. We have used this company for years and have always been truly happy with the work they do and the responsiveness with which they reply.

Matt was great! We had a 4 hour appointment window and Matt arrived at the very beginning of that window. He installed the sink faucet that we had purchased ourselves in a reasonable time and was very courteous and cleaned up his work area thoroughly. Very happy with the service.

Been a customer for 7+ years (Kinetico Water Softener & Leak Detection). More recently had Caleb and Matt install Essency On-Demand Hot Water Tank - Great product! CGC has knowledgeable techs, quality products, reasonable prices, follow-up service when needed. Highly recommend.

Ronnie did maintenance on our water softener system and explained everything very well and was very courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable and also provided future options. I would recommend CGC Home Services based on my experience.

Terry with CGC Home Services saved the day-my hot water was leaking and I called CGC and Terry was out within 30 minutes to give us options and within 3 hours we had a new water heater installed and a wealth of information. This guy knows his stuff and is a great guy to boot. I would highly recommend!

I had a sulfur guard installed by Will he was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the products. Also the plumbing is very clean and neat
Also Emily at CGC was very helpful.

Joe done a GREAT job testing my water and I also had him check the neighbors as well. We have had our Kinetico system for 3 years and happy to say it's the cats meow. No problems at all and very good water. Thanks CGC.

Mr. Polk was very professional in his duties, seemed to have a minor problem with a suction issue, but stayed with it until it was corrected and put back together. He let me know the cost of a couple filters I had him install and everything is back to perfect operations. Please make sure the company treats him well and thanks for sending him out to us.

Ronnie was very personable and pleasant. Seemed very knowledgeable. He flushed my hot water tank, which was needed for $199. The Service Call of $179 I felt was very high. It ended up that my Water softener was not at all the problem. One of my toilets was running more than usual because the chain to the flapper was kinked. It was an expensive lesson to be learned. However, flushing, the hot water tank was necessary I suppose.

Outstanding service. Would use them again.

They located a leaking pipe and saved me tons. A plumber was going to charge me by the hr to locate a leak. They did it in an hr. For a flat rate. Very professional

Worth every penny. Sometimes you don't know where that water is coming from and so you could be spending a ton of money to fix what is not actually the real problem. Leak Detection companies like this one help you find the exact problem so that you can actually fix it.
Very thorough, and a clear report with pics in your email right after the visit for easy reference.

I was very please with the company. Had a leak in our pool and losing about 5" of water a week. Dawn was very pleasant when setting up the appointment. They had to rearrange the day due to a commercial job but that was not an issue for me, Steve came out. We had already heard good things about Steve from our neighbor who had used them. Steve was very precise and started with troubleshooting the easiest leaks to fix. Unfortunately the leak was in the main drain. He had to put on a wetsuit because the water was very cold and he was amazingly efficient at fixing the problem. My wife and I were both very impressed with the service. We wish it wasn't so expensive but they earned the money with how hard our repair was. We'd recommend them to anyone looking to find a pool leak.

Sooooo unenthusiastic with this place. They were contracted by Paragon pools for a sudden leak that occurred with my 4 month old fiberglass pool. The first technician who came out stated he couldn’t find anything as the fittings weren’t ’standard’ (they are 1.5” which is a standard) and talked about the liner being the issue as the tiles were glued to the liner (there is no liner, it’s a full fiberglass shell that the tiles are adhered to). This resulted in wasted time and water. I called to voice my concerns and no one ever returned my message.
