I don’t even know if you went to the job. It’s a rental and I haven’t heard anything about what needs to be done and the price. I can’t really give a good review yet.

The techs who performed the job were on time, neat and tidy, cleaning up after each workday. They walked us through every part of the process and were pleasant to work with. We are pleased with the speedy completion and now rest assured we’ll not be having pipe issues.

Tyler and crew from Pipe Restoration Services absolutely rescued our home from the impact of 52 year old cast iron pipes. My wife and I recently purchased an older home. We knew there was cast iron and we knew there were problems. We engaged the services of PRS even before we purchased the home. From the moment we moved in, we were plunging and backing up in multiple locations in the home. PRS arrived shortly after move in and did amazing work to restore our plumbing service. They refined every cast iron pipe under my foundation. The process is very fascinating and inegenuitive. Over the course of a few days, we were back to good as new. The crew was very professional and kept us fully apprised of the process and the progress. I highly recommend Tyler and PRS to anyone in need of similar services. We couldn't be happier with their work. This problem has been solved!

They reviewed my relining job and were not satisfied with the lining on the guest bathroom sink. I also had a couple of issues with recaulking the toilets. Their crew arrived on time. Relined the pipe to their satisfaction (I had no idea) and did all the small things we had requested at no additional fee. Finding a company these days that is focused on customer satisfaction is rare. It is too early for me to say whether the relining job will last for decades, but we were very pleased with PRS.

Incredible work! Justin and John deserve more than 5 stars. We hired Pipe Restoration to first run camera lines through our pipes to determine where/what was causing a backup in our home. Then Justin and John came out to do a pipe jet-cleaning service. They went the extra mile and were 100% professional throughout the whole service. They were prompt (even more than me!) and made sure that we were up to speed on what they were doing and what they found. Can't thank them enough!!

Roots growing into our sewer line. Root killer would NOT have helped. It was a bit frustrating at first. When you call, the people answering are not in Jacksonville. They also charge $400 to do a mandatory video inspection. Others offered a free inspection. I called 3 other companies for an estimate. These guys are def the least expensive but they also have the most experience. They work all over the country, focusing only on pipe relining. We have a very old section of 100 y/o cast iron pipe, under a 2 story building. I felt more comfortable with this very experienced company. Not much goes to plan when you have such an old house. Long story short, they were incredibly competent. A section of our old cast iron started to collapse as I was watching in real time via their underground camera! They got to work on it immediatly! We were good to go within a single day! Thanks Buck and Ray!!!!
