Best friendly install great service great guy to talk to thank you so much for installing our unit. It came out great.

It's hard to know how many stars to give this company. When we purchased our system, a little less than a year and a half ago, we were quite happy with the experience and have been very happy with our system. However, as the time for our one year service was approaching we found it was going to take 6 weeks (5/22/25) to get an appointment. Why 6 weeks for a servicing appointment?? Are they understaffed? If so, why?

Plus the cost to service it was to be $198!! Our AC servicing doesn't cost that much!!! At that point, we didn't have a choice so we made the appointment. Six weeks went by and on the day of our appointment, (time was 12:00-4:00) at 2:00 pm, I received a call that they weren't coming out because "a part" hadn't come in. Halfway through the set appointment day was a terrible time to let us know. I was told that the technician had hoped the part would come in that day. Now they would have to call me when it came in. They didn't have a clue when it would be. The customer service for this company is sadly lacking. I could not call a local office number, it was a toll free number. I'd get a central service department and they would have to email the local office to call me. Then, I'd sit and wait because I wouldn't get a call back. When the part finally came in, we had an appointment for the service (6/2/25.). We had a (9:00-12:00 window.) At 12:15, I think, I made the first call to the central number to find out when he was coming. The agent emailed the office. No response. I think I called 5 times and my husband called once as the day rolled on and it got closer to the end of the business day. By this time we totally regretted having purchased our system from Leaf.

I finally got a call and a tech came out the next day by 9:00 am. I believe he said he trains the techs and was extremely knowledgable.

So, lack of communication and the inability to contact a local office leads to very poor customer service. Because of the tech who came out and serviced our unit in a very thorough way, I'll give the company 2 stars. I certainly hope they are working to rectify the customer service issues by the next time we need to reach them.

Leaf Home Water Solutions was incredible! Mik went above and beyond to educate me on my current water quality and helped me navigate the best options for soft and clean water. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. On installation day, the installer arrived promptly at the scheduled time. After completion, he took extra time to answer my questions and ensured I was satisfied. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Go with this company. You won’t regret it!

Sean was great very thorough and always I would recommend Leaf!! I got a system and my mom got one too. Water quality is great and support has been stellar.

When we moved into our home in October this was one of the very first things we took care of. No hard water, no chemical taste or smell, less stress on our new appliances. Installation was next day and very professional. When people come over I can’t wait for them to try my water and I personally love the luxurious feel of the soft water on my skin and hair. High quality product! you get what you pay for but their pricing is more reasonable than some of the other “big name” companies.

Brian Hammond was a great sales rep and walked me through the process perfectly. The installer that came out to my home did an amazing job and quickly install the unit without issue. The price of the unit was great for our budget and would recommend them to anyone looking to add a water filtration unit.

Leaf Home installed a new water solution system and they are great. Sales explained everything in great detail and installer was quick and thorough. Can’t wait to see the difference this makes!

Ask for Kyle and Jordan. Incredible install. Great with communication. Literally spent eight hours getting my 1950s house up to date with a water softener and reverse osmosis filter. Much much better than any other water filtration company I’ve used in previous homes!! 10/10. Better tech too.

He engaged us as a friend, as oppose to a client, with warmth, respect, and genuine attentiveness, fostering a sense of trust and mutual regard. I have to say dealing with Leaf Home Water Solutions was one of the more carefree home installations that I ever went through.

From the sales staff project manager, Mick Martin to Installer Sean made this project, a total success. Mick was very knowledgeable about what Leaf Home Water Solutions could do to better soften the water in my home. This included testing of my existing home water that had an existing water softener. Mick explained everything that we needed to know about the installation and how it could help us achieve what we wanted in a great water softener. He mentioned that the company Leaf Home Water Solutions would stand behind their product.

The installer Sean Was one of the most dedicated and informative installers that I have experienced since owning a home. He was very diligent, Informative and explained the actual processes involved with water softening. Since I am somewhat of an experienced handyman After being in Home since 1981 I was amazed at his knowledge and this was no doubt due to good company training. He explained all phases of the operation, including the control head and operation of the flow valves. His work was excellent. All the paperwork, contracts And operation manuals were provided.

Kyle was great to work with. When I was getting work done on my roof, the guys let me know that they also do home water filters. I was so excited that I got a deal on the roof, I figured I had to figure out my water treated. They came by and did a professional install, they were on time and so nice! Plus I got a phone call directly from their manager, Medeen I think was his name. 10/10 Tucker seal of approval!

Steve did a fantastic job explaining and completing the work digging trenches and installing the equipment. The work was done on time. He arrived early and explained everything that we need to do for our new water softener system. Highly recommend.
