I called to get a quote for my septic replacement. I would recommend Dr. Poo/ZHL Plumbing to anyone and everyone. There quote was much lower (some thousands lower) than one of the more popular companies. They are very pleasant to work with and they are honest and willing to help out if there is a change to the original quote. I highly recommend you call them for a quote. Call ZHL/Dr. Poo for your plumbing and septic issues. You won't be disappointed.

ZHL did a septic inspection for me, with Zach Lundy as the contractor. While they worked with the seller to coordinate, I was on the buyer side. They came highly reccommended and were amazing to work with. The timeliness of inspection and report was greatly appreciated. Hayley was extremely helpful with questions and delivery of reports. I highly reccomend!

Highly recommend this company. Excellent service, showed up on time and took less than 2 hours. Left the property In good condition and Tyler and his assistant were knowledgeable and pleasant.

They scheduled me right away. Came out and did a great job. I had some clogging issues and they came back out the next day and Tyler flushed the line and we were all set! Tyler and his helper were amazing. I would definitely use them in future!

ZHL did an outstanding job locating a clog in our pipe that connects our grinder pump to our septic tank. We had issues with a prior company and decided to go with ZHL. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the entire process. They installed a new grinder pump, at which time we found out the previous company possibly ruined the first pump by not attaching the lid back to the tank when they worked on it, nor did they remove the clog that they claimed they removed. ZHL showed us the clog and removed it. Their team was absolutely the best. We will be using them again for future projects and will definitely recommend to others.

I am beyond pleased with ZHL and the fantastic job they did on my septic. I previously had another company botch the install so badly, it had to be removed. But with ZHL it was so easy. Haley addressed all my concerns and was always very quick to respond to any questions. I told Haley I didn’t want a big mound in my backyard if possible and they found a way to put the drain field on the side of the house. They were quick, professional and so easy to work with. What a night and day difference between the first company. If you want to “push the EASY BUTTON” hire ZHL for your septic. They will get the job done quickly and professionally.

I came in town to surprise my granny for the long weekend and we ran into some plumbing issues, so after making numerous calls around for quotes and time frames.. Dr Poo was sooo friendly and speedy. They came within 2 hours of my call, it took about 1.5hrs of work, they updated us through the whole process of what they were doing and what was happening and anything needed for the future. MIKE AND RYAN were our technicians today and 10/10 would have them again! I even called the office back because I originally forgot to ask if they provided military discount and they applied it no questions asked. Septic service was outstanding. Tyler and Augustine were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It had been way too long since my septic tank was pumped, but they were done in about an hour. Amazing company! They are honest and don't try to make you do/replace more than you need!! They were also the most reasonably priced out of 5 bids and they did a great job!! I would highly recommend them.

Won’t fully pump a septic tank and blame it on “Dirt” being inside. So they can go multiple homes hoping you won’t notice and save them money. They wouldn’t come out and fully pump it and try to upsell me on services I obviously didn’t need.

I got the lowest price possible to pump out 1000 gallon septic tank. Mike and Brian were exceptional, punctual and professional. They were here in less than 24 hours and done in roughly an hour, and I would highly recommend them for any septic or drainfield needs.
