We had a pretty bad water backup on Thanksgiving morning. Called around and only company that picked up was Dr. Poo. We are so happy that was the case! Hailey was so helpful getting us set up for an emergency pump out. The guys showed up first thing the following morning. Turns out the previous company charged us full price (the same price Dr. Poo charges) but only pumped out one of the two tanks. So we literally had 4feet (8 years) of solid waste blocking off the entire system. Tyler walked us through the whole process and explained how the system is supposed to work. We cannot say enough good things about this company’s service and we will be clients from here on out. Thank you so much!

That’s what I experienced this past December when the old septic system in my house failed and I had to put a new one. I called some companies in the area. Dr. Poo started the process right away with no problem. Their representatives were very professional and knowledgeable, they helped me understand and answered all my questions. The work was done in a correct and very respectful way , and within the time frame.
I recommend Dr. poo as a good choice to consider for septic system works.

This company is an absolute breath of fresh air.
My sump pump went bad on a Monday afternoon (I didn’t know for a fact it was, but I had a feeling it was). I called ZHL Tuesday morning right when they opened and they said they could be out to my house in 1-2 hours! Not only did they show up when they said they would, they also sent a text indicating they were 30 minutes out. Awesome communication!
Chris came and pumped my dosing tank and discovered the sump pump was in fact bad and said he had to run to grab another truck with the equipment to replace it. I had a new perfectly operational pump by the end of the day. I’m a naturally curious person and watched and asked all the questions, and Chris answered them all with knowledge and never got annoyed with how many I was asking. I now know more about my septic system than I did a few days ago thanks to him.
So much stress taken off my shoulders. I never had to chase them. Wonderful professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs septic service. Thank you for fixing my septic!

This is our second septic tank pump out with Dr. Poo and we couldn't be more pleased. Booking was fast and easy. Our tech was named Tyler and he was great, he even called 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we were ready for them. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and was helpful and gave us tips etc to maintain the system. Truck was quiet and all the equipment was nice and they were very respectful of our property and kept the area clean and left very little footprint when complete. I would highly recommend them and they will certainly be our go to moving forward.

In less than a year, I had two Leaf Home Water softeners installed, each failing within months. The first stopped filtering after only 4 months, and the second one after 6 months. Disappointed, I contacted Leaf Home for support.

Leaf Home offered no real solution. They pointed to a clause in their contract that eliminates their responsibility if the source water changes. The contract vaguely states "water conditions can and often do change seasonally” and that additional supplies may become necessary in the future. This broad wording allows them to claim my water chemistry shifted and that maintenance is now my problem.

The only way to sustain proper filtration is to replace the carbon media every 4-6 months, at a staggering cost of roughly $500 per replacement. Essentially, if I don't continuously pump money into the softener, I’m left with a $4,500 lawn ornament.

Leaf Home Water softeners clearly lack long-term durability, and their warranty seems designed to be unhelpful. Don't waste your money and time – look elsewhere for a reliable water softener solution.

We had a new system installed about 2 months ago. The installers damaged my personal property during the installation. We also had a small leak in the system where it was not sealed correctly during the install, that luckily was discovered by a contractor that came out to our house for a bathroom remodel.

I called the main number and reported this issue. They repaired the small leak. In terms of my damage, someone called me and they told me- and I quote- “ I’m assuming it was the installers that damaged my property”- right in the vicinity of where they were working inside my garage; this was discovered the same evening we came home from work when the install was complete- when only my husband and I live in the home. They have made no effort to propose any resolution to my issue, and now have stopped returning any of my communication.

I had a really great experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions...professional representative who shared some really interesting information on the water here in Jacksonville. He offered a great solution and I am very pleased with the overall high quality of the water treatment in my home!!

Never buy a system from this company. Our previous water system worked fine, but it gave out. The Leaf Home system, for which we spent over $8,000.00, stinks, literally. We now have an intense sulpher smell to our water which we never had before. After spending this huge amount of money we were told to drain and sterilize our hot water heater ($350.00) replace the anode in the water heater ($155.00) and run city water through the system. In addition, the system uses only Leaf Home water filters and parts. This means that when you replace something, you have to pay the inflated Leaf Home price. Your annual maintenance visit will cost you around $700. Half of that is the UV light.
So, in your first year of ownership we paid an additional $1,100 and still have stinking water.

Never buy from this company.

A water system is something that you need here in Florida. I had a whole house system installed without the water softener. I put an under sink reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen. Almost 3 years ago it was 3500$. Worth every penny, no more hard water rings in the toilet and the dishwasher leaves less spots. The under sink system needs the filters replaced and you can taste when that time is. It’s 200$ for that and to check out the house unit to make sure it’s doing what it’s supposed to. It cycles and flushes itself every few weeks. They have a 1 year service plan but it depends on how much you use the filtered under sink unit. They installed it within a few days after purchase. I recommend completely using Leaf Home Water Solution

I've changed my mind about Leaf Home Water Solutions! The system I bought worked great and came with a promise of great follow up and service. I've been trying to get my unit serviced for almost 8 weeks and cannot get a call back or an appointment set. I've also learned that I cannot replace the UV Bulb myself as they have added a proprietary chip so only their bulb will work.
Unfortunately I can't get anyone out to service my unit so it beeps 24/7 and gives me a warning that my water may be unsafe to consume.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Leaf Home Water Solutions!

DO NOT USE!! Absolute worst experience, extremely overpriced and do not recommend. Had my system installed 3 weeks ago, my water smells and has tons of black particles in it. They’ve come out twice to “fix it” and I’m still having issues. They claim they can’t remove/refund the system until they try to remedy it 3x (which they can’t show me any documentation of this “protocol”). I’ve also asked 3x for them to test the water after installation to show that it is actually working and they haven’t, which only further proves how shady a company this is. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made.

City water water was destroying my appliances, fixtures, sinks and toilets. I hated bathing in my water and refused to drink or cook with it. This filtration system has removed all of the hard water coming from the city and I no longer fear my water. Sales team (Jason) is very knowledgeable about there products and the installer (Jerry) was phenomenal.

Great customer service, was having some issues with the battery back up but I was able to get in contact with a representative and the process of getting everything back up as really smooth and efficient. If anyone is looking for a great service, a good company, and an even better water system you are in the right spot.

Love their service and results, beginning to end. We moved here from TN and had no idea about hard water. Skip came to our home and tested the water, shared results, gave us options, he was so humble and experienced. We selected our options based on what was best for us. Our installer, Mehdin, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He did an excellent job! Amazed at how he could measure a pipe cut naturally. Truly the best. The day of the install everything changed. Took a shower and got my TN hair and skin experience back. Body wash and shampoo actually lathered! Our appliances, bodies, pets, plants and more thank Leaf Home Water Solutions!
