We had this installed for my mother. They were all on the spot for getting installed. NEVER said up keep was $800 a year! Now service office in Jax, FL can't even show up for appts and will not call back. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Do not buy into this system. They charge you an arm and a leg for the product telling you it is $100 maintenance fee and then turn around and increase the fee year after year. Definitely scammers. I understand inflation but not to this degree especially paying almost $8k to install and from then $100 maintenance fee. In 5 more years I am going to be paying the cost of installing the system in maintenance fees! Stay away!

Last year after servicing the unit the Alarm continued to go off and we come to find out the it was serviced incorrectly and the bulb was installed cracked. They are great till once the deal is done, service sucks after they have their money. White glove service doesn’t exist!

Updated. 5/2/25 They finally came out and took care of everything. Let's see how it goes next year. Hopefully, it will be smoother.
Too many phone calls just to get an annual service! Why does it take almost a week and playing phone tag JUST to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? Big mistake. You would think they would call the customers if they want to make money changing filters. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone immediately after it was installed last year too. I had several questions and the sales rep was MIA and no one could answer questions regarding the placement of the tanks and water outlet that was placed directly over the water shutoff cap directly at the foundation. That can’t be good?

We had an amazing experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Mick, our representative, was fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain our options. He was patient with all our questions and made sure we understood the whole process.

I spent 2,000 just o be scammed. I’m new in town and didn’t know if there horrible reputation that’s actually describes the integrity of this company. I have been trying to get in touch with this company to reconciliate the poor job but no one has answered me and I’m forced to leave a review. The water is just as bad as Flint, Michigan and caused me to break out. I have to now buy bottled water after spending so much money on this system. Don’t use this company and save yourself the hassle.

Avoid Leaf Home Water Solutions!

We purchased their water filtration system and were extremely disappointed. The product is overpriced, and the overall experience was terrible. Would not recommend! 🚫
Despite having an automatic payment setup, they delayed withdrawing the payment for 30 days. Then they claimed the right to completely alter our payment plan. As a result, they started charging us a significant amount of interest.
Additionally, once the sale was completed, they completely stopped communicating with us and forced us to deal with ruthless financing companies. The entire process feels like a scam. Stay away!

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service
I have had a system in place for 4 years. This year, I have been trying to get my system serviced for the last 3 weeks. I have made 4 phone calls to the service department, which is centralized, and each time they say "someone from the local office will call you by the end of the day to get this set up for you". Each time, the end of the day passes without contact. At this point it seems that my system may not even be working, and yet they still don't respond. They may do well with the installs, but the follow up and customer service is abysmal. Avoid, find another company.

Bret was amazing. He came quickly when I had a problem with the system and got it going again with minimal service charge.

I had a great experience getting my water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system installed. Brian Hammond was excellent from the start. He made sure everything was well explained and remained easily accessible for installation. My install was handled very well. Already saw a difference in water quality shortly after it was installed. Definitely recommend and ask for Brian!

The employees of this company are very professional and have gone above and beyond to explain everything about my purchase. Excellent follow up service and at reasonable prices. This company and its employees are a shining model of how companies should treat their customers.

I really liked that this company has been around for many years, no middle men sales reps, American parts and company and I was very happy with the sales associate and the installer. I have had my products installed for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier! Thanks for the excellent service!

The installer was very friendly and did a great job of installing my new water softener.

I could actually go on for way lOnger than anyone will read so I will hit the highlights. I contacted this company to have a water test done to see IF my well water was good water OR if I NEEDED a filtration system. I didn't want one if I didn't need it. If working with a company that is on the up and up and ETHICAL do not contact this company. I was sold a VERY expensive system, put a second mortgage on my home and have speed bumps of build up that can not be scrubbed off.
Second, if working with a company that has good customer service is important to you, leaf home water will fail you when it matters. It took 9 days to get a call back from someone above a service center call rep AND a BBB complaint to actually get anything addressed.

All in all, I'm going to turn off their water filter system, let it sit there and rot. Pay off the loan/second mortgage for a system I NEVER NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE! And count it as a lesson learned.

Edit* I turned off and unplugged my system the same day I made this original post. I HAVE NOW BEEN ABLE TO scrub clean the build-up caused by their water filter system.

I highly recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions. We moved to Hastings in January, and needed to get our water situation taken care of due to the awful smell coming from every faucet in our new home.
After meeting Bernard at a festival Sunday; we received a call on Monday stating that a representative could be at our house at 6pm. Brent came and did his presentation, we knew our water was bad, but he was genuinely concerned about the condition of our water. After a review of the system that would be best suited for us, we closed the deal with him saying they would be here tomorrow to install it! The installation was amazing, Mehdin was the ultimate professional! He thoroughly explained his work, told us he was meticulous and would be doing a nice job for us. He and his partner were also taken back by the condition of the water. After he was finished, he went through the new system with us; went over the different types of salt to be used and not used, and the basic maintenance of the system.
It has been a couple of months since we had the system installed and we have not had any problems with it. It has well surpassed my expectations and provides us with safe drinking water !
