I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did.

We tried all the recommended retail brands to unclog our drain but nothing worked. The guys at Jax Hydro-Jeffers came in and fixed the problem for us with their super high tech equipment. They also gave us great tips on how to prevent future clogging. These guys are super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We highly recommend these guys for sure!

Sebastian was very quick in responding to my initial inquiry, he was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, and he was very transparent with pricing.

I opted for their hydro jetting service, as opposed to a simple drain unclogging. Although it costed more, it gave me and my family a peace of mind, as we were able to see all the granulated eggshells stuck in the drain washed away (they literally looked like oyster shells on the rocks).

Great service, communication, and customer experience. After receiving subpar services from two other major competitors, I found this company and spoke to Sebastian who was extremely informative, professional, and kind. Their prices beat the competition. They provide before and after pics and video. The technician advised they do not include bathroom tubs and sinks. He made sure I understood each step of the process.

The one area of concern is the video shared with me had a different time than that of my service. Thus, technically, it could be someone else's service. The company advised that this was an error with setting the correct time on the machine.

Main line had major blockage so I called Jax Hydro-Jetters (Sebastian and Jon) to the rescue just as the weekend started. Very prompt response, professional courtesy, and willing to work with a busy schedule and rainy conditions. They first troubleshoot and show you with a videocam where the blockage is located. After the service is performed, they send you the videos they recorded before-and-after they pressure cleaned the pipes from their vents on the roof.

During the cleaning process, I suggest you move your family and pets outdoors because the cleaning process emits extended loud noises inside the house (or risk deafness). I highly recommend Jax Hydro-Jetters to address your home's line drain problems. Thanks for an excellent job!

Pedro was knowledgeable and very capable. He not only fixed the problem but gave me an understanding of what caused the issue and how to avoid it in future. The complimentary video of my pipes showed me that he did a thorough job and that my problem was really fixed. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Sebastian was awesome. They were able to come out the next day and clear the obstruction in my pipes. He was able to use the camera to give me information about my pipes and the nature of the blockage as well as tips on how to prevent future problems. Very courteous, great service.

A service Provider you can TRUST. The team was great. They arrived on time and gave my elderly parents a full detail analysis. The price was beyond reasonable. I am so grateful that I was able to find Jax HYDRO Jetters. It is hard to trust some service providers especially when dealing with the elderly, but Sebastian has a heart of gold and I am so appreciative that we found a honest service provider.

Sebastian and Pedro came to my house about two weeks ago to see what was going on with my plumbing as it kept clogging up at the main toilet ( 3 times over a 1 year period), they cleared it and cleaned it up, they were both so professional and I love this concept of theirs.
Today Sebastian came out again as it clogged up again through no fault of their own, I thought I was just using too much toilet paper, Sebastian asked if he could see the toilet well it turns out that I had both toilets replaced during the remodeling of my bathrooms (a year ago) as this is when it started happening and apparently the throats of the toilets are small and not enough water is flushing everything down far enough to carry it to the sewer. I will not say what type of toilet it is but I will be buying what I had before from American Standard where I never had clogging issues, so thank you Sebastian for going above and beyond and diagnosing the issue. It was a no charge for today but for peace of mind and to keep my plumbing in tip top shape I am signing up for their yearly membership program which is very reasonably priced. Thank you Sebastian, this company is going to do very well!

I had a clogged toilet for almost 4 days trying to figure out who to get to come and get this fixed for me. Prices varied and some were high. I called Jax Hydro-Jetters in Jacksonville and they came out promptly the next morning. Their pricing was very reasonable and included a 20% off promo for July!
He made sure I understood each step of the process. They use video and showed me where the clog was and what it looked like. They were in and out in an hour and a half!! I would recommend them to everyone as Sebastian, the owner, even tried to troubleshoot it over the phone first which I thought was excellent customer service. (Hence the second call to him!)

Service was good, but the pricing experience left me feeling cheated

I used this company after finding through the Nextdoor app. The technician who came out was professional, friendly, and did a great job — no complaints about the work itself.

What really bothered me was the lack of pricing transparency. I clearly explained the issue upfront when scheduling and asked for a ballpark estimate. Unfortunately, the scheduler refused to give any kind of price range. I was told that the tech would have to come out first.

When the technician arrived, the price quoted was $425 — far more than I would have expected or agreed to had I known in advance. At that point, I felt stuck and pressured because someone was already in my house.

I left the experience feeling cheated, not because of the technician, but because I wasn’t given the opportunity to make an informed decision. If a company won’t offer estimates over the phone, they should at least warn customers that pricing can be that high.

Great service, but I can’t recommend them based on the way pricing was handled.

The pricing issue was serious enough to outweigh the quality of service. Wouldn’t use them again the experience left a bad taste overall!

Great experience across the board! We had an urgent need for service due to a totally clogged kitchen drain. We had tried every DIY trick and nothing worked. We called JAX-Hydro-Jetters late Thursday afternoon, explained our emergency and got on schedule for Friday morning. Pedro and Ozzie showed up on time, quickly performed tests on our issue and recommended solutions with a price quote. We approved work required, and the process began. Each step of the repair was fully explained and performed as we watched. They have the latest in plumbing technologies so work was quickly done. Our floors and cabinets were protected and when they were done everything looked perfect! Payment was easy and pricing was very reasonable for services performed.

Would give more stars if they were available. Very efficient very patient and pleasant to work with. Did get our drain cleared out. The customer service is excellent the kind you only get from a small business.
