I usually use a different company that I have used for years, but they couldn't get to me fast enough. Eagerton came out the same day which was nice. I asked the lady on the phone prior to them coming if they suck the drain pipe as well cause I knew I had a clog in there, she said yes as long as it's not mud or grease. They pumped the septic , I told them of the clog , one guy put it in there for maybe a minute, the other guy seemed like it annoyed him , he kept telling me I needed a plumber and it was grease. I Never put grease in my house in any drain. I've actually had that issue before when I moved in so I've learned from that experience, the guy even argued with me on it being grease ... How ridiculous. I have two fire pits and that's where the grease goes..period.. Long story short, I called a plumber who unclogged it , and they said " wow the septic guys could have had this clog out with the suction on that hose no problem" ..guess what it wasn't grease either. My old company would have saved me the money it costs me for a plumber and in the way the cost of living is today that would have been appreciated. I will stick to my old company next time. Lesson learned. I gave three stars only because they came out the same day.

I highly recommend Eagerton's. They came out really quickly and charged less than the other companies I called. Most importantly, the two gentlemen who came did an exceptional job. They worked hard and efficiently, but also took the time to answer my questions and educate me. I will definitely call them again next time I need service.

Joe and Joey just left our house after pumping our septic tank....very nice men , courteous, prompt and helpful. First time using this company but will be who we use from now on.

Called Eagerton's on a Monday late in the afternoon to ask for a septic pump out. Not only were they beyond nice they were able to have someone come out the next day. They were both kind and worked quickly to get the job handled at my business so that it did not effect my customers! I will be using them for any all my plumbing needs in the future! They were quick to respond, very reasonably priced, and the father/son team did a superb job making sure it was empty and clean. They were very knowledgeable and personable. Great experience, and would absolutely use them again!

Joe and Joey from Eagerton Septic showed up the same day and took care of our full septic tank like it was nothing. They were efficient, professional, and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. If you need septic work done right, these are the guys to call!

I had a complicated repair and could not be happier with Eagerton. Everyone from Mary in customer service to Bud and Stuart who came on 2 separate days to perform all the work I needed were excellent. They made sure the complex repair was thoroughly done and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I would 100% recommend this company.

The guys who came and pumped out for me were great, price was good, but 5 days later I started having drainage problems, when I flushed my toilet I could hear bubbling in my bathtub drain and my toilet was flushing super slow. I called and explained my problem and the lady who answered the phone was very quick to blame the problem on a drainage clog caused by me and said she could schedule a plumber to come out, but it would be at cost to me, because there was no way this was their fault.
Mind you, I am a navy electrician and work with systems like this daily and understand that a small problem, requiring a quick fix, can cause entire systems to be inoperable, and I was calling to find out what those issues could be, not calling to chew them out or be accusatory. My system was working perfectly before, and less than a week after their work it wasn’t, I wanted to figure out what we could do to resolve the issue and knew it wasn’t anything major.
Working in customer service industries, you should work toward solutions for customers with concerns about your work, not accuse them of causing the problems and get nasty with them (talk over them, talk aggressively or be apathetic, short and sarcastic.
I don’t expect receptionists to be subject matter experts who know common troubleshooting techniques, but if they representing my company and making first impressions, I would ensure they know how to talk to paying customers with patience and general respect. If this had happened to my Grandma, she would likely have been charged for a plumber to come out and fix something simple that should have been addressed by the company, as it was caused by the company (my yard is saturated with rainwater and while the workers were pumping they stepped in my mulch bed near the spigot they turned on to hose off the filter in my tank, disconnecting my septic pump plug from the outlet). Total mistake, super easy fix, and no harm done.
But after the way I was talked to by the receptionist and then having the manager get on the phone and talking to me like I was the one causing problems with her, I will be calling a more professional service in the future and will encourage my neighbors and co-workers to do the same. I normally aim for smaller businesses because I always root for the underdogs and know the struggle of blue collar work. But again, I just imagine my Grandma having to deal with this type of business dealing, not understanding how systems work or how she should be treated as a paying customer and I know it wouldn’t have gone the way it should have for her, all because of a very poor choice employee for customer service. I give this review 2 stars because the workers were good dudes, and the manager seemed to realize she was in the wrong and I wasn’t actually a belligerent idiot who didn’t understand the complexities of drainage systems. But the customer service department (or lack thereof) needs flushing.

This is the worst company ever!!! I called to get my septic tank pumped thinking that it was full. The tech came out to pump the tank but told me there was a clog in my drain pipe and then left. I taught that maybe they would atleast try to snake the drain or send someone to snake the drain, instead I got a bill for $350 saying they pumped my septic. I called the office and explained the situation to the receptionist and instead of having any understanding or try to figure out what was going on, we were accused of lying. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable company that actually gets there job done , this company is NOT the company to go to

Asked for a quote online on Thursday and Friday, end of June. Brooke called and left me a voice mail, she followed up with an email saying they could empty the tank on Monday July 1st if I was interested in booking an appointment. Of course with customer service this good, I had to call and book it. Joe and Joey called Monday morning and said they could get there in 30 minutes even though the appt was booked in the afternoon, I was surprised and happy of course, they showed up and took care of the pumping and praised us for taking good care of the septic and making their jobs even easier. I would recommend Eagerton's Septic Service, excellent customer service from Brooke and Joe and Joey were very nice to have on the property.

Absolutely amazing company! Excellent customer service over the phone and in person! When the pump guys came out they treated us like family, answered all the questions I had and even beeped the horn for my son. 😁 He is almost 4 and into big trucks so he got a kick out of that. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. Things were done in a timely manner, they didn't leave a mess and the price was lower than other companies. I will definitely be calling them again when needed and recommend them to everyone!

Shout out to Joey, very sweet and professional young man. He certainly went above and beyond my expectations. Hopefully I don’t need the service again, but if I do I will certainly call Eagertons.

I had called around for pricing for a septic pump out and was left on hold many times by others, Eagerton customer service answered promptly, was courteous and professional, provided a competitive price, and dispatched the crew next day, They were courteous, professional, and fast,

Last night when we got home to find out septic tank was full and backing up.
I called several places today and wasn't happy with the time frame (Monday) the earliest. And the prices were exorbitant.
Then I called Eagerton Septic.
Not only the young lady was very polite , she went out of her way to have the gentleman to call me for a approximate time.
They came on time. Went right to work, and after digging up the lid.
They put it all back , you would never know anyone was there.
Great job.
I highly recommend this company.
