Zeke, and his team @ Zoom Drain was a blessing, Great price and super-fast reliable service I was in a bind on a Sunday and Zeke came out asap and didn't charge me more for a weekend call. he was nice, professional and really helped me in a major drain crisis. Thank you zoom drain. I highly recommend them A+ all the way.

Zoom Drain sent two great employees who quickly (15 min) cleared my clogged kitchen sink and I’m very thankful for a quick response. On the other hand they charged $350 for a simple task that shouldn’t be more than 1 billable hour and travel expenses, a bit disappointed but good service overall.

After I tried to fix my washing machine myself — and made things worse by damaging the water valves — Zeke came out and replaced the water outlet box that connects the washing machine. What could’ve been a bigger mess turned into a fast response and smooth fix. Zeke knew exactly what he was doing, and got us back up and running quickly. If it involves drains or plumbing issues, Zeke’s someone you want on speed dial.

Zoom Drain are my new heroes! I had a slow washing machine drain for the past year requiring me to watch the drain cycles to prevent an overflow. Called a local plumbing company last week and they scheduled me for Monday, 12 Jan 2026, (today). That company sent two folks that spent two hours snaking out the drain line from the roof vent. The result of that work was a completely stopped drain and water backup into the kitchen sink and the washing machine drain stopped up. Then they said “well, we can’t fix it … sorry. But you can call Zoom Drain; we recommend them for calls we can’t fix.” I called Zoom Drain while the first company was still at my home and spoke with Zeke who advised that he could send someone over today. About an hour and a half later, Brandon from Zoom Drain arrived and immediately went to work. He said he was going to plug the open lines in the house (wash and kitchen sink drains) and jet the drain from the roof. Brandon cleared whatever was clogging the drains within just a few minutes of applying the water jet! The drains cleared better than they had in the past 5 years! Brandon said the drains were cleared but he wasn’t completely happy with the sound of the drainage so he returned to the roof and water-jetted a second time. All-in-all, Brandon was there less than 45 minutes and absolutely cleared out all blockage in the drains from our 62 year old home. He was a pleasure to have in our home and a true professional. The end result (and my wife’s happiness) was worth every penny of the cost. To repeat myself, Zoom Drain (and Brandon especially) are my new heroes! 5 STARS and highly recommended. Zoom Drain will get my first call from here on out for any plumbing issues.

Hunter came out today to help us find out why the shower was filling up and not draining. He tried several methods to get to the clog culprit and found that some roots had invaded one of the pipes underground. He cleared the clogged drains, removed and replaced the toilet and left me feeling very confident about his work! He was a great guy, very personable and very polite, I would definitely recommend him for any of your clogged drain issues!!

William of William's Big Boy Plumbing told me about Zeke and Zoom Drain. We called and they were able to arrive within a few hours. Our sewer pipe was clogged so none of the toilets were flushing properly....not the situation one wants to endure for long. Zeke kept us informed when Brandon would arrive. Everyone connected with Zoom Drain was professional and very courteous. Brandon was able to identify the problem and resolve it quickly. With the specialty tools that they have the resolution was quick and easy. I won't hesitate to call them again!

Zeke and his crew are amazing! They perform all of my drain inspections. They are trustworthy, accurate, fairly priced and always show up on time. I’ll continue to keep ordering my drain inspections with Zoom Drain because I can trust that my clients are well taken care of with them.

Stay away from these thieves! I made the mistake of making a deposit for a tub, three misdelivers later, and 3 months, I gave up and then they kept the deposit as a "restocking fee", after failing to deliver what was ordered.
