For any drivers going here to deliver unless it's a box truck or day cab DO Not !!! you have to blindside in or make a u turn which most companies don't allow also there is no one here to stop traffic as your trying to back off the streets

I was the Journey”man” Plumber Warehouse Manager back in the day at B&G and at Flood. When this company was out at the beach and we were on Corporate Square Blvd, I ordered practically all of our supplies from WinNelson - made ME a winner - lowest prices- best quality - best service.

If delivering here with a semi, best way is facing traffic coming south, so you won't have to blindside in. Very friendly persons here. If appointment is at 0600. Try not showing up earlier due to space limitations and they are loading their trucks. Traffic can be heavy due to rail yard next door.

Lori has been fantastic. She provides great customer service. She has been helpful. We really appreciate her. She has a very busy job and so do we. We will continue to do business with them.

Drivers need to get their eyes checked. If they plumb as well as they drive, I would suggest getting another service. Rotten attitude and aggressive comments when clearly at fault.

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

The guys did a great job and took care of my plumbing needs. they cleaned up after the job was completed and the price was reasonable. I will recommend to anyone.

Can't say enough about the overall experience from leak to replacement. Called them noon and repaired next day by 9:45 am. I wasted a day getting estimates 2-5 times their price. Experienced professional installer, explained the whole process answering all questions with great consideration. Ret. Navy with lots of questions.They have my business in the future. Thanks especially to LEX for the outstanding job. Happy Wife, Happy life.
