This company is such a breath of fresh air, Mike got to our place on time and knew exactly how to help. He was very knowledgeable and transparent and also kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had him replace our water heater and plan to have him back to get us a whole house filtration system installed. If you use them you will definitely not regret it and you will also find yourself doing the same and referring them to everyone you know. We found our water heater expert for life!

Very messy work, scratched bathtub, left yellow stains in sink and tub and on counter that we can’t get out, no accountability, just left pissy when we called them out. DO NOT USE this company, listen to the other reviews.

Liar's, don't recommend on any level.....

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.

Had back up into house over the weekend and they came out , fixed in just about 1 hour. Quick and painless. Friendly and neat after.

Your installation team in the ribault neighborhood doing construction keeps leaving trash and equipment in my yard. You will be receiving pictures.

The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

Someone from this company stole an orange fan from me. When I called the company they made it clear that I was just out of luck, basically took me for a joke, because their guys denied it but yet they were the last people in the house. I wouldn’t call them if my home was flooded knowing the thieves who work there have no honor and obviously neither does their front office. If you do happen to let them do a service watch them because one of their crews are thieves.
