the Men who came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable. There major concerns were to do the job perfectly and be sure I was happy. I will call this company for all my plumbing needs.

I waited 4 hrs for my appt and nobody showed or called, when I called them they said they were on service call they’d be a few more hours. They said they’d call me back with ETA but they never did. I called them again asking what’s going on and where is the tech. I said I’m waiting 6hrs now and I had an appt. The office girl Naida was rude and hung up on me twice. I would never recommend them.

Garrett and Enoch saved the day by unclogging the main sewer line on a Sunday night both plumbers had great attitude and great work ethic. Thanks for helping out my family. These guys are an asset to the Cannon Plumbing Team. 🙏

Highly recommend. I am very pleased with the plumbing service that I received. There was a possible blockage in my bathroom, and Duraun, came out to inspect for issues. He checked everything, answered all of my questions, and even educated me on a few things that I didn’t know. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% call them again if needed.

We’ve been working with them to fix a tub issue that has only gotten worse the more they came out. They ended up damaging the initial tub with their workmanship and flooded three rooms with the second tub installation that caused our floors to be ripped out and shower tiles removed to dry the damage. No apology from anyone was ever issued.

Great experience and customer service

Worst place to work with when it comes to medical packets or anything else medically-related. my wife submit a medical packet for some military required and the doctor said he was going to get it done last night and have it ready for us by today, instead he goes on leave. Now I am stuck here with my family without orders and trying to get to my next duty station so until I have the packet I have to wait and the medical doctor won't be back until for quite some time. I've also tried calling the receptionist and trying to get this resolved and I was told I have the wrong number. Worst place ever to work with.

I love Dr Sengstaken!! She is very caring and always makes time for you!! You may have to wait because she treats all of her patients the same but I don’t mind!’

Waited an hour and a half to see a doctor for a simple mole check for my child. An hour and a half. After I tell the doctor that the mole had definitely changed, she said she wasn't worried about it. But what I should be worried about was my child's weight. Which she said to my child's face. Just. Like. That. Incredibly unprofessional. Then we wonder why so many teenaged girls have eating disorders and body image issues.

This place is horrible. Their communication doesn’t even exist, I’m lucky if I even get to see the doctor that I scheduled ahead of time. They don’t call for appt reminders & this recent one, I didn’t get a call to tell me about my kid’s doctor being gone until I woke my 4 & 1 yr old up early to get to the doctors. They need a better system or better receptionist!!!!

One of the most professional service received in many years. The medical personnel as well as their staff were extremely great! I didn’t have to wait, the office was extremely clean, and their customer service was outstanding.

Excellent company! They arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and for a great price. Jared, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was even great with our dogs and children. Extremely pleased.

I want to take a moment and brag on Dr. Sengstaken. She has been the best doctor I have ever seen, showing time and time again how much she cares about me as her patient. I do believe she does this with all of her patients. She takes the extra minute to listen and makes sure you’re completely comfortable with your care. For two years I have been living with something that should’ve been taken care of years ago with surgery and DR. SENGSTAKEN sat with me, often listening to me sound like a hypochondriac, and put the extra effort into finding out what was happening. I will forever be in her debt and she will always be in my good graces. I will refer her to ANYONE every time. If you are seen at Fayetteville Medical Home or may be in the future, I suggest you see her! Thank you.

My experience had been bad. The service was very slow . I already have loop and flush point and it took them 4.5 hours for simple installation. I got them based on all the great reviews not sure if it was just a bad day but the experience was really bad where a simple installation costed me $600+

Drains were backing up. They unclogged it and put in time/effort to find the problem. Then they explained it very well. Would recommend. Alex was very helpful. Gerald was super knowledgeable and did a great job.
Have 50 year old pipes that was a heck of a job.

Delivered here at 0930 in a semi. Will have to park on road in front of the church and they unloaded a full truckload in under an hour. No overnight parking.

Tony and Eric reviewed and resolved plumbing related home warranty inspection items today with great attention to detail. They were professional in completing their tasks, very courteous and they took the time to ensure explain a few intricacies of inside and outside components.

Tony arrived on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. within 10 minutes, he had secured the piping under four sink that the builder missed. I highly recommend Sunshine State Plumbing. Ask for TONY!
