Just had some work done on our water heater. I have to give a huge shout out to Bruce!! I so appreciate honesty, good customer service, and excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eagerton Plumbing Co. Inc. and ask for Bruce--especially if you are looking for a professional gentleman who does quality work.

This company is the BEST!!! I’m so happy Rick referred us to Eagerton Plumbing. Brooke really helped us after another company dropped the ball. She got someone out to me the very next day! The guys they sent were AMAZING! They didn’t drag their feet or milk the clock, they were hard workers and were honest with my husband. The price was very fair and I will only be using this company moving forward. We will definitely tell everyone we know about the service we received! Could not be any happier!

The best! I made a mess with my DIY install of bathroom faucet to the point of causing a broken hot water pipe and and unknown cold water leak that was more of a flood than a leak. There was no judgement just quick repairs of all issues which was obvious in the plumbers knowledge of how to handle the problems. He was thorough in testing his work. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate their office acknowledging the predicament i was in and worked me in as early as they did. Affordably priced. I highly recommend them!

We've used them twice over the years. The first time, they replaced our sewage pipe. Their estimate was MUCH cheaper than other quotes we received and the work was done quickly and efficiently. No issues 5+ years later. The second was a quick Bathroom update, again, fair price and quick work. Calling them again for some work in our kitchen. Good company.

Tried Eagerton after not being satisfied with the work of another local plumbing company. Eagerton came out and did what I was told would require removing my kitchen cabinets in 1hr. Great service I would recommend.

I have used Eagerton Plumbing all the way back to when Ms Eagerton ran the business. They have done almost any kind of plumbing work for me. They were professional and did a good job at a fair price. Unfortunately that has changed. Apparently due to Covid many of the workers were let go and now as business has started to increase they are bring on different people with varying skill levels. The final straw for me was being charged a driving time fee. Things have changed. I will find another company so I will not have to watch over the work being done to insure quality work and also so I won't pay for travel time between jobs.

This is an amazing company. They stand behind what they do. I had a drainage issue in which my whole house was backing up in January. The problem happened again today and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently, it's the Charmin ultra soft I started using that is thicker and heavier and some smaller toilets are not strong enough to push all, mostly on just one flush. Their service people are so nice and knowledgeable. The trip today was no charge since it was nothing but TP. I highly recommend this company. Others quoted higher and weren't near as nice, quick and accommodating.

I wrote a review almost 2 years ago about the poor quality of the work, poorly installed cabinets ( was told in the beginning that they would install whatever cabinets we chose and when they were installed uneven, wobbly, with a significant wall gap, I was told "we are plumbers, not cabinet installers"), poorly sealed drywall around pipes, poor communication with contractors so they made several unnecessary trips, left dirty floors, supervisor yelled at me on the phone when I gave list of complaints, and so much more.
I didnt post the review because most of the workers did fast work, were very professional, and the price was on par with other estimates. Floor retiling was beautiful as well as repainting.
However, I find myself returning to post my complaints because less than 2 years later, a pipe they installed is leaking in to the wall and has caused some pretty good damage to inside wall. I cant believe that it is normal for a pipe to start leaking within 2 years of install.
Unhappy with this company, their communication, and quality.

This company parked blocking my driveway and unable to use my car.
So I but a note on windshield. One of them took it down and crumbled throwing in my yard. It is FL statue not to block driveways period. They were very rude. I would never use them . The hom ine office was called. I don't want a illresponsible company in my home doing serious expensive job as plumbing if they aren't skilled and respectful .

Both toilets at our office were out of order. Eagerton sent two plumbers very promptly. They were delightful. They were efficientand made no mess. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend.

Called in the morning for a smelly clogged sink. Here a couple of hours later. Two great young men. Very fair pricing also.

We had a sewer issue at our park with several units. We gave them privacy and didn't bother them till the next day, even though we had no updates, and our toilet was clogged since yesterday...I only went out because now our internet went down. They said they didn't hit anything, no way. The younger gentleman wasn't rude or dismissive like the other. But Cox internet came by, now another day later without internet, and showed how the cable had been cut next to the box.
So it was indeed cut. An accident can happen but next time don't treat others like they're wrong for just asking while you actually cut the line...

Oh my goodness! I cannot tell you how wonderful Stuart W. was in rescuing my engagement ring today from certain doom! I called at 7:23am, he was here at 8:06am! Against all odds, Stuart was able to send a camera down our toilet and find the ring 8 feet outside in the exit pipe. He then expertly extracted it from the PVC pipe out in the yard...and did this all within an hour and a half. Pricing was unbelievably affordable and I am so happy to have my engagement ring back. I 100% recommend Eagerton Plumbing. Take it from me, they can save the day(and perhaps a marriage🤣)

Recently had two small projects done on different days. Faucet replacement on vanity connecting to 70 year old pipes. Thomas did a great job, very nice, neat and totally clean. Shower spout valve that cuts water off, so it goes to the shower head quit working. Again 70 years old fixture and tile. Initially thought tile would have to be torn out, but Thomas was willing to try just replacing the spout. Excellect job, came away with $177.00 bill (including new spout) and no tile damage. Both times arrived promptly and was very curtious and professional.

I had a toilet overflow while I was in the shower Eagerton came out and was checking the sewer lines. While they were up on the roof snaking out the line their snake machine broke. They were called off the job because a bad storm was coming and the guy said there wasn’t another snake machine at the shop that they would have to come back the next day. In the meantime he told me not to use the toilet, shower, or kitchen sink. The next day I had to call them back out so they could make sure there was nothing in the lines, (another service call charge). They came back and didn’t find any reason why my toilet overflowed and flooded my house. I don’t know why they charged me for another service call when they were called off the job!

I called Eagerton and they had someone on my property within a few hours. Jim was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and up front with me about pricing and scope of work. He was transparent about billing at the end and was timely with his work. They did a repair for me at about -85% of what I had been quoted by Snyder earlier in the day. They earned my business on all plumbing projects going forward.

I have a 76 year old house with the original plumbing. I was told by my neighbor to call Eagerton who are very experienced with replacing older piping. Dewayne was very professional and was such a hard worker. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This is a company that believes in customer service, I am a very happy customer. Only Eagerton for my plumbling needs for sure.

This is an update from using Eagerton again (Nov. 2024). Sam came out and was very professional and got me fixed up in no time. I'm always so impressed with their great customer service. They are the only company I call and know I'll be satisfied. Thank you Eagerton.

I’ve been using Eagerton Plumbing for years. They repiped my home and have handled any other plumbing issues I’ve ever had. This company is great to work worth and affordable. Their technicians are professional, fast, and thorough. Keith Fields was the most recent technician and he went above and beyond to fix the issues with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

My wife and I just had our 3rd slab leak in 5 years. We had already been talking about getting the house repiped, so we decided to go ahead and get it done. I knew I wanted to get 3 estimates for the work so I started looking online for plumbers who did this type of work. My first call was to a company with the initials DG plumbing. They gave me a written estimate on the spot for 9000.00 dollars. This included a new commercial grade 55 gallon water heater as my current heater was 13 years old. They would restore the drywall they cut to a paintable surface and take 2 days. The next plumber was the S heating, electrical and plumbing company. Their estimate was 11000.00 dollars this did not include a water heater nor would they restore the drywall to a smooth paintable surface. They would however get it done in one day. The 3rd company was Eagerton Plumbing. His estimate included a 55 gallon commercial grade water heater, and patching the drywall and returning it to a smooth paintable surface. I received his preliminary estimate by word of mouth and he stated he would email the written estimate the next day. His price was 6800.00. That’s 2200.00 cheaper than the next closest and 4200 away from the S company. The next day he was good to his word and delivered the written estimate for the 6800.00 he told me the day before. We also needed a new garbage disposer. I called the estimator and asked him how much extra a middle of the road disposer would cost. He said 200.00. I told him to set it up. This was a Friday. He told me they could start Tuesday morning and it would take 2 days. Tuesday morning 4 men showed up and inspected what my wife and I had cleared. They still needed a couple book shelves moved and they did so carefully and put them exactly where I told them. I asked the foreman how long we would be without water, expecting him to say for the rest of the day. But he told me they would only shut off the water when they were ready to switch over to the new system and that would be about midday the next day. About 3 o’clock the first day foreman told me they were ready to cut over to the new system and told me it would take a couple hours. I told him yes. In and hour they had the system switched over. They did have to come back the next day to install the garbage disposal and the water heater but that only took a couple hours. There was one issue I found that first day, when they reconnected the washing machine they had connected the hot and cold water backwards. I told the foreman this and he switched it. Then later that day I did a load of laundry in hot and noticed the washer did not fill correctly. The foreman did connect them correctly but forgot to turn on the hot water. All in all I am very pleased with the service Eagerton Plumbing gave us. The work was done quickly. The washing machine thing was very minor and easily corrected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend or family member. They were VERY POLITE and efficient. Thank you Eagerton.

I called for a quote on a new water heater and they provided a very competitive price and were extremely flexible with scheduling the work.
