I went there some years ago, and I was so satisfied, and please.

Darsco is the place to go for plumbing supplies you are not going to find in Ace Hardware or Home Depot. Due to a building addition one time I had to have a rear flushing toilet - - - no problem, in stock. If it is an oddball item, they are the king of it, but they have all the regular stuff as well. They understand how to use it also, and are helpful in suggesting alternatives. They have been here for decades, and if I have a plumbing issue, this is my place of choice.

These people are extremely knowledgeable and have a huge inventory of hard to find items. Like anywhere, if you can take the old part with you they can eyeball it and usually disappear into the back and bring it out to you. Otherwise, a good description will do. I have sent several people here with many thanks!

I am a state licensed plumbing contractor who does not shy away from the most tedious of tasks when it comes to plumbing service, every time I am in a situation where there is only one other way to get it done, darsco comes through, they have everything I need every time and their staff is top-notch and they set the standard in their industry. These people truly overcharge the price and their return policy is 15% restocking fee, even though you haven't open the box and returned the merchandise with 24 hours.
I highly recommend to check the price with other competitors in town and review the returns policy before you buy anything from them.

Unprofessional and rude! I called first, and explained my issue and how I was intending to solve it. I described the part I needed and received confirmation from whomever was on the phone with me that they had the part. (Like of course, no big deal, duh! we have that part) Then I drove 40 minutes and waited for 30 to be told they didn't "think" that part would work. So I asked if they'd sell me the part anyways and then suddenly they don't have the part. The two guys I spoke to in person were rude and couldn't form proper sentences so it made it even more confusing when trying to describe an issue in detail. The male I spoke to on the phone barely spoke and had an attitude, like asking if they had a specific part was a hassle for him to listen to. Don't waste your time with these boys.

Went in for a shower handle stem that I couldn't find at Lowes. The man at the counter, Bobby, not only had the stem on hand, but identified from the piece I had that the seat was loose, and gave me tips on how to properly install them. I will absolutely be coming back!

If you aren’t a contractor/plumber be ready to pay twice the amount you’d pay anywhere else. I had no idea what I needed other than a cartridge for my shower. The guy behind the counter quickly told the woman who was helping me what I needed. For a moen cartridge they charged me 53.57+tax and 25$ + tax for a t-handle tool. BTW Moen supposedly has a lifetime warranty and can be replaced for free. I found this out later. Total bill was $84. I usually love small shops that most people don’t know about. I guess I paid extra for not knowing. (I found the same parts at Home Depot for about half the price. I felt taken advantage of… oh well right?)

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed an adapter for my portable washer and know literally nothing about plumbing, parts, etc. I took in the parts I had and tried to explain my predicament. The employees quickly understood what I was trying to explain and found what I needed even though it required two different adapters! Next time I'm trying to fix or install something plumbing-related in my house I won't even bother with the big-box home improvement stores because the people there tried to tell me what I needed didn't exist! I went to Darsco based on the recommendation of the guy at Lowes because the parts I needed were older. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They had everything that I needed, but after looking at it, they recommend a more up to date kit that was cheaper and looked better. I would recommend them to anyone. A bunch of great guys down there.

This place is great. Even if you are a rookie like me and you get your sizes wrong, or your not quite sure what size you need, they will work with you, especially for your medium sized plumbing projects like installing a water softener, Jacuzzi or pool. Trust me, I tried it. Don't go to Lowe's or home depot cause they won't have the knowledge or the parts you will need to install.

This place has the parts AND they have the knowledge. They even have the tools you would need too. Caint ask for more than that. Thanks guys.

Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I came in with a broken handle for a kitchen faucet and didn't have a brand, serial number or place of purchase, but Mike looked into it for me and was able to determine what brand the faucet was and even gave me a printout with the replacement part number highlighted so that I could order the part, as it wasn't something they were able to carry. I really appreciate his help and kindness!

Very knowledgeable people with lots of hard to find Moen parts that the big box stores never had (and I checked).

Very informative and helpful!,had a broken pvc pipe that connected to my a/c unit and they had everything I needed to repair it myself without having to call a a/c company.

Outstanding customer support. They were able to identify a particular little component of a shower handle assembly that I need to replace. And they had this unique little part in stock. Saved me from considerably more expensive and time consuming replacement of plumbing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Most strongly recommend!

I have been going there since the early 80's . Their knowledge of plumbing part has no rival. If they don't have it, it's not available. And after I moved to Canada they still were able to help me with their knowledge of part. I would give them a 10 star but 5 star is the max
