Well I’m still waiting on an email. And meanwhile my bathtub is like a waterfall because my handle broke off … so I i go to spend the weekend with my water turned off because they are closed on the weekends lmao.
(Home Depot doesn’t carry the item I need to fix plumbing issue)

Amazing place. I went to seven other plumbing supply stores. They didn't have a flexible coupling I needed. Darsco had it. They are very pleasant on the phone and when I came in the little lady that helped me was awesome.

The guys, and gals, behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable and I was overwhelmed with their help in trying to find a part for me that I had been looking for in the box stores for days. And above all that they let me know that all I needed was a simple repair kit to fix my leaking faucet, which they had in stock.
Got back home and 15 minutes later I was good to go with my old faucet, it was as good as new.
Darsco is now my go to supply house for my plumbing needs.

I was advised to come here from an old timer working at Home Depot. Gotta trust them old timers, they know their stuff! I had a broken gate valve feeding my 1979 house the water through a 1" inlet. As you can see, when making the foundation they spilled concrete all over the pipe making it near impossible to sweat a new valve on there. So, I took the top part out that snapped the stem (the gate portion), and searched big box stores, Fergussan, all came up empty as nothing would fit this 1979 valve. And this old timer at HD told me about Darsco. At first the gentleman at the counter of Darsco said, "nope, cant repair those as everything comes from overseas now and is built differently and would never screw in to replace that top part that has the gate". Then he looked closer - it said "Fast" on the side. "Hold on, let me go look in the back". He came back with the EXACT part I needed, it was old (new but dont make them anymore), and he had a few in stock. Took it apart, got the part I needed, and I installed it and was back in business! Thanks sooo much Darsco! You're the best!
