Worst experience I've ever had . Might as well ask someone at Lowe's or home depot.

I am so frustrated. Had them come out for what should have been a simple fix. We had a flapper in the toilet replaced. After he left, the toilet started to run constantly. He came back and said the new flapper was a faulty flapper and replaced it again. Now the toilet randomly runs (phantom flush). I wish I had never called them. We are having more issues than we had before they came.

Technician came out and was in a hurry to go to his next appointment. He did not even inspect the problem correctly. He was quickly to say the problem is not covered by the warranty when it was and collected the co pay and was on his way to the next appointment. He said he would call me back after he talks to the Warranty company about a few needed repairs and he never called me back. It seemed like he was over booked and was just collecting co pays. Another company came out and did a perfect job addressing all my plumbing issues with ease and quickness all covered under the warranty.

Ronnie went severely out of his way to help me when my warranty company wouldn’t. I had a leak in my master bath faucet, I tried to fix it myself but ended up making it worse. They were going to replace the entire faucet under warranty, but the warranty company denied me service because I worked on it myself.

Although he didn’t have to come back out at all, the technician, Ronnie, scheduled an appointment with me for next day and fixed my faucet to the best of his ability without being able to order new parts. The drip is fixed, and a huge stress is off of my shoulders.

Absolute horrible service. They are totally unprofessional and left me with a problem that I didn’t have before they touched it. They lied to my home warranty company and said the job was completed. I had to call to see if they were coming back and they came back and screwed my toilet up even more. I spoke to what I assume was the manager by the name of Randy. If that was even his name because they constantly lied. I told the manager I was an US Gulf War veteran and he actually chuckled. Disrespect!!! Not only to me but to my fellow soldiers that never made it home They never even tried to resolve the situation. This company is dishonest and unprofessional!!!! Stay away at all costs!!! They got paid through my warranty company and hauled ass. Do not support this business!!!

The Plumber damaged the shower wall by I necessarily opening a huge hole there to fix a leaking faucet . He also dripped the glue in the bathtub, while trying to fix the faucet . The glue doesn’t come off at all . That happened on October of 2024 and the company did not take any responsibility to take care of the damages . I still have not been able to use my master shower since then, because the wall is still open and the bathtub is damaged . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AZ Plumbing and Remodeling to anyone. Kelly Piper

Horrible experience. Appointment through home warranty for 8-12, they not only showed up late, but the dispatcher wouldn’t answer the phone, didn’t call back when he said he would check on the status of the plumber. The plumber, Anthony, arrived and literally told me it wasn’t his fault he was late, he didn’t know when the appointment time was, he didn’t work for me because insurance pays him. Just horrible. Continuous disrespect and talking back. Should be fired. In the customer service industry and acted like I shouldn’t go to work to be available outside of the scheduled appointment time since he didn’t deign to show up. They also marked the service call complete with my warranty service. Very dishonest and disrespectful company. DO NOT USE

The lady who answered was definitely unprofessional. She hung up on me. I was looking for a plumber- WOW! Not a good approach to increasing its customer base. Unbelievable.

The plumber was very patient because my pipes were so clogged up that he came back to finish the problem. His name is lido? The price was very reasonable.

It is 9am and I wake up to knocking and a doorbell. I do not answer as we are not expecting anyone. Then I hear someone trying to get inside my home through the door code. Multiple attempts. Terrified I look outside to see it’s your plumbing company. I answer the door and they’re confused that people are living here. I called your company immediately afterwards asking why they would not call the resident first to set up an appt. The VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL front desk woman answered. I immediately asked her why they would send someone out without calling first and all she did was continue to ask my name and said I sounded crazy. I told her the property address and she continued to be rude to me and proceeded to hang up. I called back and I asked to speak to a manager and she says she is one and the owner will call me. Instead I get the same man who came to the door calling me and said the owner was out of the country. So she’s a liar as well. Clearly you all had our number as he called me. You see a car out front, welcome door mats but think this place is vacant. Which is interesting since you all knocked and rang the doorbell multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous! And to the front desk woman, I’m sure if someone tried entering your home multiple times you’d be upset too. But looking at the other reviews it seems hanging up on people is your thing. I’d give this place a zero if I could. Attached is an email from our property management company stating, they’d make sure the vendor would reach out to us and schedule an appt.

I do not remember the name of the plumbers that came to my house but they were quick and efficient and clean and they did their job properly. I am very pleased with their service. I was confused when they first showed up because my landlord hired a third-party service to Send out a different company without telling me that is what was going on and they were nice enough to contact their office to ensure that I was properly taken care of and to clear up any confusion that I had. While the 3rd party communication was trash, this company’s technicians were very nice and did a great job.

If you’re going to the gas station to get food or the bathroom please don’t park, blocking the only diesel pump at the daily’s Shell gas station on Old St Augustine rd. It’s a sign of disrespect to your fellow man and that’s why you get 0 stars.

Worst service you could ever imagine. You can definitely tell that these people got into the business and have no idea what they’re doing.
