Patrick at Reece was a tremendous help! I needed to replace my hot water heater right away but couldn’t find any place in town that had what I needed in stock. Reece is a national account for me, so happy they found there way to Jacksonville. TJ has done a great job getting all my material to me in a timely manner and the communication has been spot on. Amazing Response to a rough situation house needed to be closed, and we were missing a water heater part. Reece plumbing came to the rescue. The whole team worked together. I was able to get the part and execute the job. It's just another example of greatness in motion!!!

I'm not a plumber. Just a do-it-yourself homeowner. Imagine trying to identify and find that the perfect part I needed was a SharkBite Angle Stop Quarter Turn? Reece Plumbing on Stuart Ave in Jacksonville did exactly that right off the bat! I was concerned that I was not a plumber by trade, but just a "little guy" with no plumbing knowledge. The folks at Reece listened to my situation and immediately identified the right part! In the end I replaced the entire sink, faucet with them, and all associated parts. And the entire job went smoothly! Thanks Reece!

It was a Saturday and I needed a unique plumbing part for my septic. Big box stores didn't carry it, and although it was a drive I called Reece. Kady answered and took time to thoroughly understand what I was looking for. I took the drive and got there minutes before scheduled closing, she and TJ didn't rush me, they invited me instead to the store, and when I found the part we're genuinely excited. What a great team.

Communication is NON-EXISTENT. I've waited all day for a phone call about some warranty work that we need done.

some of these people are confused.
A to z contracting and plumbing does NOT do warranty work or faucet repairs in homes. They do not do anything for American home shield.they have us confused with a company called AZ plumbing and remodeling.

This company dose not answer the phone and came to replace garage disposal without one on truck. December 2nd was to back next day. Four days later want answer phone. Leave messages dont return calls. My ins company can't contact them and I'm stuck with no garage disposal for a week. Bad business
