The guy charged me 210$ and he didn’t even fix my problem. Told me it was my septic tank. Was in and out of there in 10 minutes charging me that much. Stupid company would never recommend. Dirty company just trying to take money. Don’t use them.

1 star is too much!! Through my property manager, Eagerton came out to camera my sewer line. Not only did they not complete the job due to equipment failures, the lead technician spoke to his Co worker with total disrespect. This is not a company I would recommend for an expensive repair nor customer service. Fast forward 2 months later, I was actually billed $304.00 for this debacle!! Spoke to the owner and he suggested all plumbers are rough around the edges and that the job was done. If the job was completed, why didn't I get proposal or a bill at the time of service? In addition to that, he didn't have batteries in a pc. of equipment to finish the job nor did he camera the back yard. The owner offered me $100.00 to make it go away...I declined and decided that a review was more valuable to me. Good luck with this company :(

Joe & Joey came to my house to do a pump out. They were friendly and overall really cool. Father & son team kicking butt! Thank you for your professionalism and also for being neat. Double thumbs us for these whole company! 👍👍

Honest, professional, and great work! I will be using Eagerton in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs. The tech and assistant completed the work within 2 hours, they arrived right on time, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Great service, very polite they did an awesome good job. However, the website states they give a Military discount I did not get one even though I mentioned it several times. I called the office and mentioned the Military discount and they are making the adjustment to the invoice. These guys rock!

Love this company, these guys! Had a leak and they came so quickly and in terrible conditions worked out in nasty weather and fixed it up and the fee was very reasonable and worth every bit. Had to call them back today and 2nd visit, fantastic service, nice guys. Love how quickly they can get you worked into their schedule. Quick once they get here and do great work! My new Plumbers!

I bought a money pit house. I have used Eagerton for every plumbing issue. Every issue was solved in a timely manner. The crew was always patient with me if I didn't understand what needed to be done. I will 100% use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Also, the quotes I received were better than the other two plumbing companies that I reached out too. Eagerton was much more knowledgeable that the other bigger companies. Hands down, the best company I've worked with to pump septic tanks. I've had two tanks pumped by them now, both by the same crew Joe and Joey. Both gentlemen are professional, and polite. Where other companies were not as considerate of where the drain fields were, these gentlemen made it their priority to make sure the job gets done right, and without damaging the property. This is the only company I will work with in Jacksonville and the surrounding area.

Eagerton Plumbing was able to diagnose (broken sewer pipe) my problem and repair it quickly. They charged less than 1/2 the price as an another company quoted me. They did not try to oversell me any other fixes. Thanks Stuart & Jeremy!

Kitchen sink line collapsed. The estimator came out same day to give us an estimate. We agreed on the price and day for work to be done. I received a call about 8:05 am from the gentleman who was coming to do the work. Two guys arrived at the time they said and worked very hard all day to complete the job. I found one small issue that evening. I called the next morning and they had a repairman out before lunch to fix the issue. Eagerton’s will continue to be my go to plumbers!

Eagerton installed an electric water heater for me today. Great experience from the first call to the installation. Wayne and Mark were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was reasonably priced with great service. Very pleased with this company.

I deliberately waited a little bit to write this review, because I wanted to make sure that the installation that Eagerton Plumbing did for me is solid and works the way it is supposed to.
Mark and Wayne came to install a tankless water heater and a whole house water filter at our home. They were very professional, communicative and have excellent problem-solving skills. They placed separate valves right before and after the filter so it is easier for me to shut the water off when I need to replace a filter item. Now, two months later everything works perfectly. They also were available short term and had a fair priced quote.
I definitely will use them again for any future plumbing jobs that we need to do.

I can’t thank Eagerton Plumbing enough, while the other plumbing company was dragging his feet for a week and then canceled my appointment at the last minute, this company sent his guys immediately and replaced my tankless electric water heater as soon as possible. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Since 2012, I have called on Eagerton Plumbing exclusively for my residence and my rentals. They are always professional on the phone and in person.

Today's plumber was Thomas and he was great. I needed a shower kit replaced and bought it myself. He got straight to business but was very warm and nice. He was done within an hour. The area was clean and honestly didn't even look like anyone had done any work there. Thanks, Thomas.

The price was very fair, especially since he didn't dawdle. I will always be a repeat customer.

Excellent experience!!! We had to call after hours for repair and they were quick to respond, professional, and the bill was reasonable (actually less than another company had quoted earlier in the day for less work). They had our repairs done and our water back on and tested in less than 2 hours. We were so thankful for their positive, professional help and that we called them!!! Eagerton will be the only ones we call for any future plumbing needs!

Called this morning to request my septic tank cleaned. They were able to schedule the appointment today. Joey and his son arrived and were able to clean the septic but my kitchen sink would not drain. Joey called in and was able to arrange Hunter to come out today. He routed the lines in the kitchen. My drains have not drained so in many years. Great service and great prices. Will now call Eagerton for all my plumbing needs. Thank you.

I would NOT recommend. Concrete work was part of their work scope and was told they could do it but they do not know how to do it. Work was unprofessional and was left as a safety hazard. I paid a lot of $ to them but they refused to make it right.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Dangerous Driver – Truck #71

I had a terrifying experience with this company today. Their driver in truck #71 tried to run me off the road more than once while I was passing on the left — and I had my child in the car with me. The driver’s behavior was reckless and completely unacceptable.

I called the company to report the incident, and all I was told was, “I’ll call the driver and handle it.” That response gave me zero confidence that they take safety seriously. When your drivers are endangering families on the road, a simple “we’ll call them” is not enough.

I will never trust this company, and I hope they take real action before someone gets seriously hurt.

Needed toilet replaced and leaking supply valve in St Augustine. Called office and Tommy advised they had plumbers in my area today. I picked up toilet at Home Depot, called the office at noon and a plumber arrived in the afternoon. Job well done and price reasonable. Will definitely call Eagerton for any plumbing needs.

If you need any plumbing done these are the guys to reach out to. Very polite, professional, and the biggest aspect is they are caring. Sam was super sweet and got the job done in less than an hour. Couldn’t be happier with them.
