I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. Thanks Sunshine State Plumbing, you guys do good work!!!

Dr.Sengstaken is the best. She is very thorough and gives the correct diagnosis and medication. She is actually saved my life after being misdiagnosed from the VA for 6 months. She's leaving, I cried. I'm so sad, I finally found a great doctor. Best I ever had.

Horrible experience son had a 12 month baby appointment scheduled for 1130am. We arrived and checked in at 1136am. Filled out all paperwork and sat in waiting room until 1156am when someone comes back out and says. “Sorry but the doctor left for the day because he didn’t think you were coming”. Completely unprofessional, 1130 appointment and 1137 the doctor is already on his way home. How is any working parent suppose to get anything done and then also deal with poor service

I made an appointment for 3pm and it’s 350 pm and I still haven’t been seen . I left and went to the front to reschedule and she told me I NEED to come at 8am or 1pm . This isn’t the first time this has happen to me . Also I personally don’t care for the nurses they have no bed side manners and half the time are all over the place when they are asking me questions or forget to do my vitals . I am switching doctor offices , haven’t one good experience with them .

I only have had good experiences at this facility, and Dr. Sengstaken is absolutely wonderful. She makes me feel like she knows me and remembers what we had been talking about during previous appointments. She genuinely cares about her patients.

Jordan and Austin were on time, professional, efficient, friendly, and respectful(took off their shoes before entering house). They were very knowledgeable and fixed all our plumbing issues. We are very happy customers! Thank you!

I walked in not knowing where to go, the First Lady I came across was a little stand offish when I asked where to go but I’m sure she gets asked that frequently , maybe put up a post as soon as we walk in to help know where to go.

Once I got to where I was going the wait was short and the nurse was so kind. Ashley helped me and talked me through everything explained everything along the way and I felt like she was there for me. Dr. Lauren ...(I don’t think that’s how it is spelt...sorry!) was incredibly friendly he made sure I knew everything was happening and explained it all with a smile on his face. Made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on.

Personally when I get blood work, I freak out!!! I always cry and turn into a baby, this is the first time I have ever gotten through without shedding a tear. They make you feel so safe here and I appreciate the whole atmosphere.

I am super happy to have found this place and I recommend anyone to come they have friendly people , clean place, and it is not a long wait.

I have had mixed experiences with Sunshine State Plumbing. They came in twice for the same issue, within 45 days (a drain backflow issue) and charged me twice for the same issue. I also showed evidence that the issue was PRIOR to the first visit since the cause of the stoppage was due to events prior (dog hairs from before first visit). They still billed us twice and still charged us twice. When we showed them evidence and asked why the tech did not fix the issue in the first place, they blamed us for new items put into the pipes between the first and second visits.

They also ended up charging my card $18,500 instead of $185 and took 4 days to fix with my bank, while my card was basically useless to use for any other purpose.

Please watch out with these guys, and get them to perform thorough work in writing when they visit. Do not act on good faith with them; their management does not perform in good faith as a business.

I had called two plumbers one took me for my money. I goggled plumbers near me. I prayed to get a good plumbing company Sunshine State came up. I called they came when they said on time professional, clean and a good price. I will always use them as long as they keep up their awesome service. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. He fixed pipes behind my shower tub surround without tearing the wall apart. I can’t even see where he went behind the wall. Thank you Sunshine State.

Sunshine State Plumbing always takes good care of my plumbing needs. Today, Tony and Austin installed five faucets and did excellent professional work. They also went above and beyond by cleaning out some drains that would have caused problems in the future. Sunshine State Plumbing has never disappointed in the eight or so years that I’ve used them.

You have a gem in Alonzo! He’s been my plumber for years and I will follow him wherever he goes.

Austin showed up, diagnosed the problem with our water heater, confidently fixed it and acted as if he'd been doing it for 50 years. EXCELLENT! Service from a bygone era!! 10 stars!

Submitted request, never called me, I had to call them. Guys that came out were trying to say there was nothing wrong with my water heater and that 15 min showers are typical for a 50gal tank. They weren’t going to check my heating elements, telling me they’re getting proper power which I tested myself and told them that when they got here. I pushed and they finally drained my tank and we found my heating element was seriously corroded. Replaced both and left my house without a word, didn’t even tell me they were gone. I just took a 40 minute hotter than hell shower. Thanks for the help….so glad this is the company my builder chose….

Driver in this truck dangerously cut us off on university headed towards university club. Used the merge lane and cut us off in my blind spot. Idk about your plumbing services but your driver sucks. He was literally inches from hitting us. Only to turn on university club it wasn’t that serious to endanger other people’s lives when it didn’t even get him any further.
