Several months ago we had a severely backed up kitchen sink. We were responded to early the following morning and serviced professionally in about an hour and the service fee was in our opinion very reasonable plus there were parts needed in our sink drain replaced.

Two days later the water flow in the drain slowed down. The same employee returned, found the issue and our drain has been perfect now for many months. Furthermore, the return visit was covered at no additional cost to us.

Learned our Mobile had polybutane piping. Called several companies who refused the work. Sean gave me an awesome quote over the phone. There was some minor miscommunication at the start, but Sean and his crew stepped up to the plate and got it done on time. His fellas worked all day Monday through Debbie's rain and wind and completed. Has an insurance inspection the following day. The inspector said that was some of the best work he has ever seen. The crew was very polite and professional. I'm a career master electrician and I would give a 100% recommendation to this company to anyone who would ask me for a plumbing company. 1000% satisfied.

I hired them for a large job, just short of $6k to redo most of the plumbing in my house. The job took some time which was fine. Upon the job being "finished," I checked the work under my house... There was little to no insulation on the new pipes that weren't even attached to the house, just dangling there waiting to break. They sent the same guys that didn't complete the first time... They insulated the pipes a bit. Great. Well, 6mo. later and I am still pulling pipes out from under my house that they should have taken care of. Water valve on main line out front they installed is already all rusty and will have to be replaced soon. I spent my life savings fixing up this house and wish I chose another plumbing company. After 3 times going into the crawl space to remove stuff they left, there is still more to remove.

I just wanted to give a HUGE praise to Robert and Teddy!!! I had an awesome experience using CW plumbing. My grandmother is the one who actually used the company for many things a few years ago. She highly recommended Robert. Not knowing who I would get as a plumber, Robert and teddy showed up to complete the job! My grandmother was over the moon to hear that Robert was the one. They were both extremely professional. Robert talked through the entire process, as well as looking out for other plumbing needs, I would need in the near future. Thank you!!!!

Just before traveling on Thanksgiving weekend my wife went to shut off the washer taps and the hot water valve snapped off spraying 170 degree+ water. When I went to shut off the water heater line, I cracked that valve (23 years old) and I could not completely turn off the water main valve that comes in to the house. We called CW and they were out in a few hours and fixed everything with much higher quality hardware that should last a long time. Robert and Leo did an excellent job and we will not hesitate to call CW again.

I had a full repipe on my home by C W wood plumbing. I will never use another plumbing company outside of CW Wood. The plumbers were extremely respectful and kept a very clean workspace. I would highly recommend.

Joel and Andrew have been complete lifesavers! I have one of those 1930’s houses near Avondale and got a slab leak and opted for a re-pipe. These guys had to do some serious outside the box thinking and man did they deliver. They asked for input on aesthetics and made sure I was good with everything they were doing. They answered any questions I had and just overall killed it on the job. Very professional but down to earth. Will absolutely be using them again! 10/10
