I hired the team at Terry Vereen to help with my kitchen remodel in my 1941 house. I needed some updates to the plumbing which the team handled with ease. Also ran a new dishwasher and refrigerator water & Ice line. Very professional and easy to work with. Upfront with pricing and no surprises.

We called them on a holiday weekend when it was very difficult to get anyone else to even answer the phone, We had a broken pipe outside that could have flooded the house, because it was leaking into the wall. As it was, we had to turn off water to the entire house to avoid flooding. Their call center was helpful, and although the fee was higher than it would have been any other day, they still agreed to come out. Matt, the plumber who arrived, was courteous, respectful, and professional. He explained each part of the repair and gave us options on interior or exterior access to the pipe, as well as what hardware we would need to replace. He worked quickly, and was always careful to keep things as clean as possible. The job was thorough and well executed. Even the final bill was not as high as we anticipated. My wife and I agreed that this was an excellent service experience.

I highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing. They replaced all the drain pipe in 2 bathrooms and kitchen all the way to the city sewer connection. I had 60 year old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced because they were badly corroded. Terry Vereen Plumbing's price was comparable to other plumbers and they did a phenomenal job. The concrete cutters who they subcontracted also did a great job cutting into the foundation and then pouring the concrete back after the pipes were installed. Overall, they were professional, knowledgeable and they did a great job.

Great experience with these plumbers! Very reasonable prices compared to all of the other places. The plumbers That came out we're very kind and professional, they were honest. And communicated well. They did great work! I felt that they were honest and were not out to nickel and dime every dollar.

After 25 years of being a real estate in the historic riverside Avondale area, and after dealing with many plumbing I am doing an update review on Terry Vereen services.
My experience was not the best about 10 years ago but I have recently used them again and I have been surprisingly happy with the office manager and specially the the Service man “ Hunter “ that came over. The job was excellent, they were extremely courteous and the price compared to others was just right. For the time being I’m highly recommending them and I will be using them myself and recommending them to my clients as well. I will however do another update sooner than later this time!
Companies and management can change so can their services over time, an update is definitely a must!

I had a leak in my drain pipe under my house. From the time the call was placed for an appointment to the time it was repaired was only 3 hours. Mitch was very professional and informative. The repair was also reasonably priced.

Best plumber I know. I have had Terry work on rental houses, houses I have owned and he is the only one I trust for plumbing a house. His staff are fabulous and respond in a timely manner. I had them do work on my historic house in Avondale recently and it was perfect. Staff in the field are great too!

Called Terry Vereen Plumbing at a friend’s recommendation to replace a main valve in my home. Plumbers (2) came out on schedule to replace the valve. It was a simple job and was done well. Took about 20 minutes plus time waiting for glue to dry and then check for leaks. An hour total. All good so far and as expected. Then I got the bill. It was 50% more than I was quoted when I called. The plumber tried to explain it as a quote for a 1/2 inch hose bib replacement versus the 1 inch main valve replacement which costs more. Now I was on the original call, not the plumber, and I know what I asked for. Poor job giving me a low quote. Beware when you get a quote from these folks.

Fast and friendly service. Great value. I’ve used Terry Vereen for the past 16 years for all of my plumbing needs and they have never let me down. They just finished the repipe of our master bathroom. It was a major project. They were even willing to work around our travel schedule. Highly recommend!

We have been very pleased with the services we've received from Terry Vereen Plumbing in the past few months. They were recommended to me by a coworker. We've called them out 3 times for 3 different repairs we've needed and all were very well done. They work quickly, do great work, are respectful of my home (wore shoe covers as I requested) and left everything neat and clean at the end. I must give a shout out to Joe F. and Joe T. who came in last week for one service and, because they were so efficient, I added a few more services on while they were here. The pricing was reasonable and we remain happy with their work.

Took 3 days to locate the outside water shut off valve to install a simple above ground shutoff. Once the original crew couldn't find it. A second employee who was supposed to be more knowledgable in location could not do so. Day 3 they had another company come. He did well and located it while the Terry Vereen guys did little. But, hey I'm being billed for time so.. No biggie to the company. $1,300 for a simple shutoff valve feet from were I advised it would be likely located. Update: Your response below is typical. Better than a credit "on the next service" credit prior costs on shutoff valves in the other two houses you installed in which was told to shut off all water. On this last visit I learn that was a straight up lie. A waste of money.

Absolutely recommend them. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they solved our plumbing issues quickly. They let us know the actions to take in the future if we experience again. Got a quote from a different company that wanted us to repipe our entire house for $25K and Terry Vereen's team solved our issue at less than 1% of that quoted cost!

i just wanna share had an amazing experience with plumbers Jaime and Matthew. they arrived on time very professional not to mention they found the root of the problem. Very pleased with Terry Vereeen! I was able to get an appointment within a day, which is great, but the technicians they sent were thurough. Tracked the problem down, somewhere I hadn't thought of, and fixed it! They took pictures of the work they were doing which they showed me as they explained the work done and issues they found then resolved. Great work, kind employees, solid recommendation.

Finally someone was able to fix my leak to the utility sink / washing machine area, another company couldn't even find it & broke the main water handles in the process.
They were professional, nice & efficient. Highly recommend. I will definitely be using their services again. A friend had recommended Terry Vereen Plumbing.

We called this morning about a main drain clog impacting the master bathroom and the guys diagnosed and resolved the issue by lunchtime. We've been using Terry Vereen Plumbing on our 100 year old house for about a year now and their office and field teams capably handle everything we throw at them. They are a valuable part of our home maintenance team and we really appreciate them.

John and Cameron did a wonderful job. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They solved all three of the problems we were having.

Great response time - they were willing to send someone the next day for my non-emergency issue when I called on a Sunday. The guys had the parts needed with them, installed a new drain and took away the old one, left my kitchen very clean. They were friendly, professional, quick, and good with my dog!

I called Terry Vereen plumbing to come out to fix a backed-up kitchen sink. It is the only fixture on the line to the gray water septic tank. The septic tank is about 50 feet from the kitchen vent pipe. I lived here for 40 years and have this issue every 4 years or so. (poor design from 70 years ago) The plumber who cleared the line in the past and knew how to do it (and only charged $85) no longer does that type of work. I called Terry Vereen since they were listed on the neighborhood's "Recommended Vendors List" and explained exactly what needed to be done to both the person who took the order and the technician who came out - we need at least a 75 foot snake down the vent pipe right up to the septic tank. Three weeks later, the drain clogged again - they came back out (I was thinking that the work was under warranty since they obviously did not clear out the pipe the first time) - and charged me another $185 (that makes $370 total). Three weeks later, same issue. I called Betros Plumbing - and they came out and cleared the pipe within one hour after I called (one hour to take the order, drive out here and snake the pipe all the way to the septic tank - because they dug it up to verify). I saw the white chunks of grease come out of the line and the hot water I left running at the kitchen sink come out. Bottom line - Terry Vereen Plumbing was paid to clear the line - and didn't - and didn't two times...and charged me full price both times. NEVER use Terry Vereen Plumbing - I never will again.

We recently bought an older house and started having plumbing issues. After having 3 plumbers come by and not fix the issue, we were given the recommendation to give Terry Vereen a call. I'm so glad we did! The lady I spoke to on the phone, also named Tabitha, was very nice and was able to give me some rough estimates over the phone. I've noticed a lot of places won't do that for some reason. I had a lot of questions and she didn't mind answering them. When the team of 2 came out, they listened to the issues we had an immediately figured out what the problem was. They were very quick, efficient, and polite. Fixed the clog and repaired the shower overflow pipes that weren't attached from the previous owners.

I have had them work on my tub, sinks, and drains over the past couple years. They are very professional, and if there are any issues, they stand by their work. Without question they provide a great service with top integrity.
