On a Sunday doing a DYI bathroom remodel, I cut a pipe to short, and couldn't get the valve connected securely. After hours of trying, I finally gave up (main water to the house was off, and that's not good with a family of six). At 10:30 on a Sunday night I contacted Terry Vereen plumbing, within 45 minutes the tech was out, and 30 minutes later the house water was back on. The cost was very good ($170) considering the day and the time of the call.

Had a service need and had a plumber at the door in a few hours. Mitchell and his associate were very professional. They fixed the issue very quickly and gave me good advice towards a long term solution to the problem. Thanks to Amber as well for setting up the service call. Was not expecting to have the issue resolved in a day let alone a few hours, so that was a bonus.

BEWARE!!!, this company is the worst. DO NOT CALL THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I had a commercial shut off valve replaced to the tune of $1600. After it was installed, it didn't work properly. They sent out some flunkies to look at it (three times). Still no fix. My patience was wearing thin. Opted for simple $100 valve with refund from first botched job. Guess what, they installed the second valve incorrectly as well. Tried to get my money back. Had to listen to "not our office policy" b.s. Had to hire an attorney to get my money back. NOT the way to do business.

Service from technicians is still exemplary at Terry Vereen, but initial reception needs improvement. I spoke with Erica in the front office to book an appointment for a minor issue with my faucet and toilet. She neglected to inform me of new, more expensive labor rates. I also asked a time range to expect the tech. She expressed that the 1-3 time window was open.

On the day of service at 2pm, I was called and asked again what services needed to be performed. I called to speak with, Kelly, the front office manager the next day and she let me know that she would speak with her front office team regarding these concerns. I was thankful that the technician accepted my 15% off coupon at the time of service, but when I spoke with Kelly, I wasn’t offered any incentive to remain a customer of Terry Vereen after several years of loyalty.

Unfortunately it started out great but as business with this company continued, it got worst. They work the clock and make excuses by whipping up the pencil to justify their ridiculous charges. First time I brought it up, they did offer a discount which I declined but ask to never see the plumber that came out on my jobsite and what did they do? Send the same guy out!!! Schematics for shower kit and vanity were provided and they got it wrong, instead of owning up to it they charge me a arm and a leg and I was called a liar by the receptionist. Want a honest company, try Fair Plumbing or Pat's Plumbing. Will never use this company again and would be careful for those that are considering using them.

We just used Terry Vereen Plumbing for a backflow device installation, a leaky sink, and have estimates for a total bathroom remodel, and to add a sink into our Daycare nursing room. We absolutely love this company. There are always prompt, fair and trustworthy. We have used Terry Vereen for years, and will continue in the future! Best plumbers in Jacksonville, FL for sure!

We've used Terry Vereen Plumbing extensively during the past year and have been thrilled with the service every time. We built a guest house on our property earlier this year and they took care of all plumbing. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Then this month they repiped our house, and the job went smoothly and efficiently. The quality of their work is exceptional and their customer service is beyond exceptional. Ron and Jeremy and Hunter worked on our recent repiping job and I can't say enough good things about them. If you're fortunate enough to have Ron work on your plumbing project, you'll know what outstanding customer service and work ethic look like. Highly recommend!

William presented on time with good energy. He repaired an outside faucet that had been dripping for years very efficiently and helped super sleuth a leaky sink that had nothing to do with the sink itself. He was very conscientious wanting to provide the best customer service and he did an excellent job!

Joe A. and Max (The "A" Team) were amazing. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing, fixed our main drain and left everything spotless! I highly recommend them and Terry Vereen and will use them again!

Called on a Saturday morning and they had someone available pretty quickly. Jeremiah came out and crushed the problem with expertise, there's no way I would have fixed this on my own and I should've called a week ago before my many failed attempts. Top notch, knowledgable service and will definitely use them again in the future!
*Sept 2020 Update: Used again and they were awesome! Had to reconfigure the pipes under the kitchen sink, great work!

Issue with water backing up in bathtub and water coming out the bottom of both toilets downstairs when the washer machine was running. We call this company on November 22 2022 paid $245.00, things seem to be working fine until January 13, 2023, we called again and was told someone would come out around 8:00 pm but never received a call or text, technician was a no show. I called again the next day and a tech finally came out around 3:00 pm, another $245.00. We thought the issue was resolved again until January 18, 2023, same issue occured. I called again and spoke with a rep and was advised she will consult with the technician and give me a call back in a few. I never received a call back so I called around 12:00 and again at 3:00, I spoke with a front desk rep, per our conversation I believed there would be no charge for the service since it was the same service and the technician was to my home less than a week ago. Technician showed up around 5:00, looked in the drain and said yes it is backed up again and that will be another $245.00, we declined service. It is clear to me that they do not do everything possible to make sure you do not have the same issue again in the near future. Each time they just pushed whatever was clogging the drain for a temporary fix instead of clearing it out of the drain. Each time the technicians were there less than 30 minutes and talked more than they worked. I will deal with my home warranty company in the future to avoid the costly mistakes due to human error.

Update: We called another plumbing company on Jan 20th. This technician was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information. He unclogged our drain and advised us the issue maybe beyond the tap and insisted we stop calling plumbing companies and contact JEA. We called JEA the next day and they came out same day. The issue is on JEA side and we will be getting a refund for all plumbing expenses and any blockage until they make the necessary repairs will be on them. Not sure why Terry Vereen technician did not provide us with information like this but thanks to Ken Johnson plumbing going above and beyond our issue is finally being resolved and free.

My water heater sprang a leak. Being on the second floor, the sense of emergency was even greater (even though it does have a drip pan).

I called Vereen on the recommendation of another plumber (he was too busy to help). The lady at Vereen said they would have someone out in a few hours.

The tech (Shaun) showed up right as promised. He was very professional, courteous and obviously quite skilled. He left zero mess and his piping was artwork.

Best of all they were able to quote a standard price for this particular task which covered pretty much everything. And the price was extremely reasonable.

I will have no problem calling Vereen for future plumbing "events".

I called for a septic drain issue that another company tried to fix. A friend recommended Terry Vereen plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and informative. They sent Joe and Max who found the leaks that the other company did not. The workmanship was so nice it was too bad we had to cover it up. They were very professional. Joe and Max said that Terry Vereen plumbing has a lot of really experienced guys and anybody they send will do a great job, so you can’t go wrong with these guys. Thanks!

Be careful with this company, I purchased a dishwasher for home depot and they provided piping, this plumber didn't glued pieces and they are saying water damage under my sink is my fault because I provide the pipe. The wanted to charge additional $150 + to have someone come and glue it like it was supposed to be done to begin with. I had used this company for all my plumbing needs in the passed very surprise to see how they treat loyal customers. Time to find an honest company.

I called with probably 101 questions before deciding to go with this company. Each time the answers were consistent, and they were patient with all my questions. Other companies gave me different prices for services every time I called, I called three times just to see if it would keep changing. Terry Vereen plumbing gave me the same price everytime, they were lower than who we have always gone with. Customer service was amazing. Day of service they came when they said they would, they didnt waste any time getting the job done, they cleaned up after themselves. I wish all plumbing experiences were this peaceful. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Keep up the good work!

We had a slow leak in the upstairs shower plumbing that only became apparent when a water stain appeared on our kitchen ceiling. We called Vereen Plumbing to address the issue and several other preventative issues we had. Bobby was sent with his assistant (I wish I knew his name). They were both so efficient, helpful and kind that I will forever call Vereen for our plumbing needs. They did more than was necessary and more than I would have expected to make sure everything was repaired to our satisfaction. All that and for a very fair price as well! Thank you!!

We've used Terry Vereen Plumbing for more than 12 years. The guys are always very responsive. The work is done diligently and professionally. At job completion, someone always explains what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Thumbs up for excellent customer service.

I have relied on Terry Vereen Plumbing for the past 6 years and I've always been quite pleased with them. I called on them again today and was equally if not even more pleased with their service. Had to do a whole house re-pipe due to copper pipe issues. Terry Vereen Plumbing did everything they said they would do - from coming out to give estimate, emailing contract, getting permit, scheduling the work and completing the work. All done in a timely manner by friendly, professional staff. They sent out 2 trucks and 5 guys to do this job and they arrived on time and were clean cut, polite and got right to work! They got this job done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The county inspector showed up today to sign off and said they did excellent work and had insulated all the pipes (which this county does not even required anymore). We could not have asked for anything better...they did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone! And the price was fair too! We talked to atleast a dozen companies and had 3 companies come out to give us estimates and Terry Vereen Plumbing was one of the lowest. You won't go wrong if you hire these guys!

After buying my first home I had some huge plumbing issues. Jeremy and Ron at Terry Vereen did an absolute amazing job! They worked diligently to get my home back in working order! Most certainly earned a 5 star rating! I will never use a different company as long as they keep guys like Jeremy and Ron around! Two thumbs up guys you rocked this job! My water heater needed to be replaced. Contacted Terry Vereen plumbing and had my new water heater installed that same day. The staff was very professional, and the work was done in a very timely manner. A special shout out to Erica for being so patient in helping with my warranty company. Thank you Mike and Hunter for your excellent work.
