Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!

Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. They will get the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Now, I know who to call when I need something done right AND who to recommend to friends if they need a plumber!

I have used Top Of the Line services several times.. Their work is outstanding and price is fair.. They replaced my water heater when I first got townhouse. Then redid my powder room with new Toto toilet install also picked up vanity I had ordered at Lowe’s. Last week came to verify where leak was coming and determined very quickly it wasn’t the shower but my AC. They are very knowledgeable and have the tools to do diagnostic. Highly recommend

Gavin and crew have done several plumbing repairs at my aging mother-in-law's house. She is 96 y/o and they treat her with the kindness and respect on every visit. The quality of the work is Top Of The Line, of course, and they always clean up before leaving. Integrity and trust is why we only call Gavin when plumbing issues arise.

We have worked with Top of the Line Plumbing on many projects from big to small over the years. Gavin and his company have been one of the best companies I’ve worked with over the years (and Ive worked with many after house renovations etc) as he is always professional, great communication, clean, and provides great work. He has fixed two plumbing issues in our house another company didn’t know how to fix and came right in and knew what was the issue right away. Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Gavin, the owner of Top of The Line Plumbing is remarkable! I had the pleasure of meeting him several years ago when my washing machine pipe was totally blocked due to pesky squirrels dropping acorns off the roof. The original plumbers I called could not solve the issue. Gavin came in & within an hour diagnosed/solved the issue. Since then, he has been to my home on multiple occasions
and made necessary repairs. We know we can trust Gavin exclusively. He is very punctual, courteous & will answer any & all questions.
Today, he came to my daughter & her husbands home to repair a kitchen sink issue that had been done poorly (home is old & was a “ flip). Not only did he install a new PVC pipe, he diagnosed & repaired a hot water heater issue they were not yet aware of.
That’s what I call exceptional service!!

Had a main drain from the house collapse, Gavin was out the same day and was able to snake it clear in order to use it until he could come out and repair the drain. He quoted me a fair price and returned the very next day and installed the new drain, including running it underneath the drive way and had me back up and running before I even made it home from work. Very Fast, Very Reliable, Trusworthy and Fair. Would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work done. Have used Top Of The Line plumbing for all my needs for years now and haven’t had a single bad experience.

We had our bar and grill install today with plumbing and gas hookup. Top of the Line Plumbing did the hookups for both water and gas. Did a wonderful job. We also had a utility sink put in our garage and Gavin did a great job hooking up the plumbing for that as well. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing. I highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things!!!

Gavin, the company owner, showed up right on time with his assistant, Bryan.

He installed my new Rheem water heater and explained its features, in case I needed to turn it off.

Bryan fixed the stopper in my bathroom basin and installed a new toilet seat in that bathroom.

All work was done efficiently and premises were left clean when completed.

Nothing was added to his original estimate. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

Keith Oakley removed a faulty water softener from my home. He was on time, professional and very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond! I asked for options to replace the technology and he was great about giving me reasonably priced options. I am definitely having Keith install this technology as well as replace the builder grade faucets and shower heads in my home. Definitely keeping his number stored in my phone for the future. If you ever need a plumber I would not hesitate to give Oakley Plumbing a call.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Oakley Plumbing, and yes, despite having issues to deal with, working with them is a true pleasure. This time I got to deal with owner Keith himself and from the first contact on the phone to let me know his prior job was running a little late, to how he explained every step of the work he was doing for me, and even showing me how to clean my annoying Kohler sink traps that were driving me crazy, it was professionalism plus all the way. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. Oakley is hands down the best!

Great plumber! I have used Keith for years! He came today on at Saturday for an emergency water heater that broke while on vacation, and he was flexible and willing to come on the weekend. Really knowledgeable guy about everything!

Great plumbing service! I had a leaking pipe that I couldn't isolate, and Keith made time in his already full schedule to come out personally and make sure my house didn't flood from a potentially catastrophic failure. He did professional work, he's an experienced Master Plumber, and a fellow Navy veteran. I'll absolutely be calling him for my next plumbing needs.

Couldn’t be happier. Needed someone to connect two sink faucets after a kitchen remodel and Keith came out same day got everything done even though we were past 5pm. Highly recommend and won’t be using anyone else going forward!
