Rocky with Presto was AMAZING!! Left an emergency message after 2 other places failed me, leaving me without water for 4 days, he called me back within the hour and was repaired and fixed by the end of the day. We’re so ever grateful

Had a new water line attached for a refrigerator I was putting in my garage. Called Presto Plumbing and they came out first to take a look as the water line was going to be connected to my soft water tank. Once the review was done, I received an estimate with two available options. Both estimates had good pricing, but I decided on the one that did not involve cutting into my drywall and installing a box. On the day of installation, both technicians took a look to see what tools and supplies they needed and went right to work. The technicians were very through and explained to me what they were doing to keep me in the loop. After installation, they ran tests to ensure the water flowed correctly and made sure there were no leaks. They cleaned up the area and asked if I had any questions.

I've used the services of Presto Plumbing since moving into my new home and the service has always been outstanding! From the first call to the office to the final completion of the project I have always been pleased with this company! We had Presto Plumbing flush our tankless hot water heater. Our technician Dominic was very knowledgeable and explained every thing to us.

I have not had good experiences with plumbing companies in the area but Rocky at Presto was great. He was able to fix one of my biggest issues though phone, pictures and messaging. Highly recommend this company as they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly which is hard to come by these days! Thanks, Rocky!!! Yo saved the day!!!

Jean with Presto Plumbing came out on a Sunday and was an amazing help. He got all of our tanks pumped out quickly, took care of everything with no complaints, and made sure to walk me through how to properly maintain our septic system moving forward. He also let me know what to watch out for and when we should plan to have it pumped again to avoid any future issues. Great service, great communication, and very professional. Contacted these guys in a panic when my water heater quit working. Ryan came out diagnosed my issue and sent his crew out to install a new water heater the same day. Now that is customer service! Call them for all your plumbing needs.

We had toilet valves and sink vales replaced in our remodel. The price was absolutely outrageous for the work done. Please have knowledge on what work needs to be done!! This company will definitely take advantage of you if you don’t!! Live and learn I guess!! Very upset!
