They never come through, always a no call no show. Very disappointing. Don't use them if you have an emergency.

Moreover, they did the proper repair service and explained what to expect next when the drywall people have to come back.

I got some work done at my house today and both men were friendly and they got the job done quickly! I can’t remember both of their names, but I believe one of them was named Ethan.

Dominic and Moe were the best! They walked me through the process as they were doing the work and were able to answer all of my questions on top of being very efficient. 11/10 would recommend!

Dominic and Jeremiah were great and very professional. They were able to come the day of our plumbing emergency and it was fixed within an hour.

Presto Plumbing did a fantastic job for us! We were in need of an urgent septic tank pump out and Presto found a way to work us into their rotation quickly and efficiently. No one wants to have to open walls and make plumbing repairs on their home, but when the need presents itself the best you can ask for is to work with a contractor that prioritizes communication and performing good work. Presto was did a great job with dispatch scheduling, and the assigned tech Trey did his best to make sure he was delivering work that met our expectations. called on a saturday and they were prepared to have someone out to me in a few hours. Being the holidays i said it could wait. Deborah called first thing monday to schedule and had them out that afternoon. A follow up call to make sure everything was good. Jeremiah was excellent, fixed the blockage and went above and beyond to leave it clean and also showed me some things i never knew to help with future issues! Tim was awesome and helped set up everything. Very good company wide experience, will use again and again for all my plumbing needs.

I don’t even know how to begin. But here goes. I had a brand new house built, presto plumbing was the plumber. We closed on the house, there was a couple problems with the plumbing which is understandable. First one no faucet in the master tub. It was kind of difficult to schedule them to come out to finish the job also. And this is where the fun begins!! They came out installed the faucet, The faucet was too close to the wall. And the pushed the title back. Cracked the mortar. Was told evidently the tub was installed incorrectly. There is no water at all coming out the hot side. The cold side has scalding hot water coming out. Which brakes CODE because it doesn’t go through the mixing valve. Or whatever they call it. So they left.
Reschedule them to come out. No call no show. Wasted all day waiting on them
Reschedule again. Came out for five minutes took pictures left.
Reschedule again. No call no show AGAIN! Wasted all day waiting on them again.
Now come to find out the two sinks don’t have cold water. And the hot water comes out on the cold side. Me and my wife both work for the Navy. So scheduling times isn’t convenient. Especially when this isn’t warranty work this is still construction work that was not completed. I read y’all were veteran owned. I don’t see the understanding of scheduling times here. I hope this gets resolved. Thank you

The plumbing technician Trey was very courteous and professional. He was able to repair our plumbing issues in a timely manner and was very attentive to our request.

I highly recommend this company and recommend you ask for Trey! He was great. Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable.

This company came out to pump our tank and informed my wife there was an issue with the tank and we would likely have to replace however everything is in working order. We finally had a backup and had a vendor come out today to find that the tank itself is 100% fine however the lid had been cut open for them to get access. As you can see from the photos this lid was clearly cut open, this isn't a problem with the tank. They wouldn't even entertain the conversation over the phone, there has been no other vendor that had serviced this tank since 02/22 when Presto came out initially. Spend your money with other honest companies.
