This is a very reliable company. I made an appointment for Wednesday needed it for Monday and they had a cancellation called me and they came on Monday to service my septic tank. They cleaned it very helpful reliable. I will call them again. You can count on them, presto, plumbing, and septic.

Awesome experience from Rocky and the guys. My water heater (1.5 years old) was not heating! The guys came out and diagnosed and there was an electrical issue. I got an electrician to fix the electrical problem and the crew immediately came back and fixed the water heater. Awesome service!!!

Just had a house built Presto did the plumbing. They didn’t check the gauges for pressure and my plumbing had to be redone and is now in my attic on a new home. We noticed at the walk through the kitchen faucet leaked at the base. We were told it’s fixed. It’s not fixed and still has a slow leak. When they did the plumbing they had a pipe coming out of the ground from the shut off exposed. The inspector made them do it right. It’s under the ground now. So my new slab had to be cut twice once so I could have water to our island and another where the water comes in the house. Also they ran the 1/2 inch pipe too long slowing the water volume to my sinks. They should have run 3/4 pipe closer to the fixtures. You can see it in pictures.

I was in a bind with needing an old permit closed on a home in Palm Coast I was selling ( I am a realtor) and the plumber who pulled the permit 4 years ago was out of business. Presto Plumbing jumped through hoops quickly and had it handled so that I could close the transaction.

Called at 9:45pm on Friday night they were at my house promptly when they said they would be Saturday morning. Gene the the driver was super knowledgeable and got my tank pumped out quick and helped diagnose the problem.

BEWARE! We hired this company to pump our septic tank. We were told that they preferred cash because we were not an established client (red flag number 1). The driver came out the following day and was nice, according to our kids, but broke the lid to our septic tank. He left a large hole in the yard because “their sister company would be coming out to replace the lid”. After two weeks, rain was expected so we covered the hole with a tarp to keep it from filling with rainwater. We have a large open driveway and we have some curbing, but our gas company, Amazon trucks and yard guys have no issues pulling in and out or turning around. Yet, their driver ran over it multiple times breaking it in several areas (photos attached so you can see the damage). We reached out with five spaced apart phone calls and each time we were told to email them photos, which we did. They assured us they were sending someone out about the lid and would look at the curbing photos and get back with us, which they never did. Today after three unanswered emails we reached out by phone again and today were greeted with “they didn’t do it”, “they are not responsible” “they don’t know what we are taking about” and that someone at our home signed a paper saying if they damaged anything it was not their fault. We have no copy of any such paper and the only persons home were our two children one 16, the other 12 and my 84, almost 85 year old mother. My mother was laying down (heart patient and diabetic) when the driver arrived and he asked her to sign his sheet showing he did the job so he would be paid for it. She asked for a copy and was instructed that it was a paper he was required to give the office to show he had been to our home. I have requested a copy of this form they say was signed releasing them from all damages, but I have not received it. Today I informed “Debra” that I would be going public with what they have done and she said she would respond and post it once I went public with it, so we will see. She then began to threaten me so I hung up on her. Steer clear of this company! Not only do they destroy things and take no responsibility for it, but once you begin to question them “Debra” likes to take things to the next level. She said her name was Debra today when I asked, yet she had me email her before and the email was Jennifer.
