The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!

Had a water heater & hose bibs replaced. This was the most flawless best experience! Very professional, on time & excellent service! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

These folks were amazing. Showed up promptly to my mothers house to help unclog the pipes. Reasonably priced and professional. They will also be providing a quote for additional needs. I am not easily impressed, but I can’t say enough how good they were.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. Other contractors I have used have commented on the quality work that they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need whether it’s a simple repair or something more complex.

Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

As luck would have it, my water heater went out on Friday with guests intending to enjoy our home. Tough to enjoy a home when you have to take a cold shower. Well, I was in urgent need to get this corrected ASAP. I had to have my entire drainage system replumbed from the house to the sewer line as well as removal of garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet installed. Everything was completed within a few days and they were always courteous! Would recommend them to anyone!

Best. Plumbing. Service. Ever. Seriously. I submitted an Angie's List request for a quote on Sunday evening. They called me right at 8am (or slightly before) Monday morning. Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. High quality and reasonable price. Can't go wrong with working with this company. Top notch and benchmark service.

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.
