My water heater just started leaking water over the weekend and I was in a need of a plumber. My realtor referred me to Oakley Plumbing and Keith called me right away to fix my leaking. He came the same day and was able to pin point the problem and replace my water electric water heater and even changed my pipes! He also cleaned up completely after the repair was done. He was professional, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable!! I will definitely use Oakley Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them for any plumbing work! Thank you so much Keith! You're the man!

Keith and Bryan from Oakley Plumbing did a full re-pipe of my house. I had gotten several quotes from plumbers all over Jacksonville, and Keith was the only one to show me the actual pipe and walk me through the process, from permitting to inspection. His price was affordable and I got a good feeling right from the start when I spoke with Marie on the phone. Keith and Bryan were very professional and kind, and I’m very pleased with the work they did. Oakley Plumbing will now be my plumber forever! 5/5 stars, would give 6/5 if I could!

I contacted AHS (American Home Shield) to put in a request for some plumbing issues. Oakley Plumbing was assigned to me. I wasn't sure what to expect. It can be hit or miss as far as the integrity and quality of the company they send out. I was blessed with a really good family owned business. I received a call to schedule the appointment and it was nice to hear a pleasant voice on the other end that turned out to be Mrs. Oakley. I had 5 plumbing issues. She let me know that it would probably be broken up into 2 appointments. I was ok with that and appreciative for the heads up. My 1st appointment was between 11am-2pm.
Keith (owner) arrived a little before 11am. He did a walk through with me and went to work. While working, he would call me over to explain the root cause and what he had to do to fix it. My appointment ran over into his next appointment because of some challenges with removing some of my fixtures. Another plumber may have taken a shortcut (which has happened in the past) to get out of here quickly.

There were 2 items left to fix. My 2nd appointment was between 8am-10am. Robert arrived at 8am. He fixed both items and there was no drop off in the level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness. He also explained the root cause and what he was doing.

They were both on time, but above all they were thorough, explained the root causes and went over the work that needed to be done with me. I can't thank them enough for the job they did. I really appreciate them. There's no worse feeling when things breakdown in your home, but to know there are still honest companies that do quality work is hard to find. I would even use Oakley Plumbing for plumbing needs outside of AHS and I would highly recommend them!

Keith did a great job of diagnosing our garbage disposal problem and replacing it quickly. He was prepared and had a new unit on his truck. Very efficient and friendly.

If you ever need a plumber this is the company to call! Awesome work and great people! Great prices! They explained the problem and gave me a solution tray did not break my wallet. Honesty hies a long way with me when picking a company to do a job and Keith and his staff are very honest!

Oakley Plumbing was great! Keith showed up on time and completed the work in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. He explained the problem and the best solution. He was personable and polite. He cleaned up before he left.

I cannot say enough about Mr. Oakley and this company. Nobody wants to find themselves dealing with major plumbing issues. If you have the unfortunate luck of it happening, you want to be sure you have someone who is going to resolve it in a way that gives you confidence it's REALLY fixed. Mr. Oakley and his company are those guys. My entire house needed replumbed. We were having horrible and numerous issues (backing up pipes, leaking, no water pressure, debris in water). He came and worked until it was 100% done. Even towards the end of the job when another issue came up, he stayed and worked and worked at it until he had it 100% fixed and 100% tested. He took time to explain what he was installing, why, and how it all functioned, as well as showing what it was replacing and why.

I really just cannot say enough about them. Very thorough, very honest, very dependable, very fair on pricing and timing on their work. Above and beyond in all regards, and the level of professionalism to the work is outstanding. Also very professional and pleasant gentlemen to deal with and have in my home.

Robert was awesome! Had many plumbing issues, he made sure everything was done correctly. Best plumbing company I’ve EVER experienced!

Updated review - Keith did it again! I had a plumbing issue and he fixed it without delay. Very knowledgeable, kept me informed, and explained the issue!!! Keith is not looking to drain your pockets...pardon the pun. He's an honest person, who does quality work at a fair price!

Keith did an excellent job locating and fixing our leaking pipe that was in between our master bathroom shower and our toilet room. It was nice to have another military veteran taking care of our plumbing repair and he gave us a military discount. Keith was able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and head out the door within an hour. I highly recommend Oakley Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!!

Keith gave10/10 amazing service. Had a bad clog in my sink. Cleared it in about 15 min and gave great conversation. Consulted him about doing the demo for my bathroom. Definitely will call him when we get our designs together!!
