Very rude!! I just got off the phone with this company. I don’t know anything about septic systems so I tried to explain my problem the best I could. The lady began asking me questions that I just didn’t have answers to and I explained that I don’t have idea what she was asking me and didn’t know how to answer her. She got aggravated with me and told me my septic tank was full. I wanted to let her know we had a plumber come out to look at the problem and advised her told that the septic tank was installed two years ago and the plumber we just had come out yesterday told us the tank was probably blocked. She became very rude and said “I’m telling you the same thing Mike(?)will and that it’s full and will need to pumped”. I explained that I’m not arguing with her and that my tank may indeed have to pumped but I can’t answer any of her questions as to what kind of tank I had, where my electrical box was, etc.. She then said “I’m tell you it needs to pumped and I’m scheduling into Friday of next week. I decided not to make an appointment with this company because if I have to have an argument with them just to get an appointment, then I can only imagine how the appointment will be conducted. I really need someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and isn’t put off if they have to educate a homeowner.

Great business for all your needs. Mike and his employees are very professional and on time. When the guys showed up at the house. They gave me plenty of information and answered ally questions and explained everything to me. I will continue to use the for years to come.

The man who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. He said that he can't pump the tank until Tuesday and recommended that I call around to see if anyone can get here sooner. Even after recommending that I try someone else for quicker service, he still spoke with me and gave good advice.

After three phone calls to this company to schedule an annual service call on our septic tank, and each time being told we would have a technician call us back, we finally scheduled an appointment for April 8th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. My husband called the company at 11 a.m. to inquire as to the ETA, and was told the truck was broken and they would not show up. I would not recommend this company as there is a lack of communication on their part.

Very diappointing. I called back this morning and talked to the SAME LADY I spoke with yesterday. She doesn't even remember talking to me....or taking my phone number, address and telling me someone would call back with appointment times. Very frustrating when I need my tank pumped ASAP and now have wasted 2 days getting the run-around. I now know they take the last week of the year off and I'm not even able to make an appointment until the new year. I've had my septic pumped the last two years by them and the service was amazing and the gentleman that came out was on-time and quick. What happened? I will now have to take my business elsewhere.

Company name has Plumbing and Septic in it, after I had to supply then tools to help them with what they did accomplish. I was told that I needed to call a plumber, Your company names says plumbing......they couldn’t get the clog. Even the side of their truck says “We Do It All”. All must mean everything but plumbing issues. Never again!!!! I called and manager told me sorry for the false advertisement.... Sorry don’t get the job done. Now I’m in the same situation I started with but $250.00 less in my pocket.

It took over 3 days to get a call back from this company. When I did finally speak to someone, the scheduler, she was very rude and offensive. Although the company owner Mike is great; all it takes is for one person to screw up your image....all for the sake of not having any customer service skills and being personable. Not only that, she let me know that she is also part owner. Now, what customer wants to deal with a combative employee/owner who clearly doesn't know how to speak to others with respect. People like her, give business owners a bad rep.

It took me 2 weeks before anyone would even respond to me after leaving several messages. On my 3rd call I told them they must not want my business and that finally spurred them into action. William met us at our property to discuss installation of a septic system and was supposed to call us back. I have sent at least 5 texts and about 7 phone calls and he has not returned any of them in at least 3-4 weeks of trying to get our project moving. You would think this company would want the business but evidently not. So their loss will be another septic companies gain. I am not going to chase a company down to get work done. Obviously they don't care enough about customers to even return a phone call. Definitely poor business.

A little over a year ago, this company replaced my septic tank. They seemed like an honest company who cared about doing quality work. A few weeks ago I had to call them out because my sewer line was clogged. They came out on a Friday and they informed me there was an issue with the way the septic was installed and someone would have to come out to fix it the next day. A person did come out and confirmed that the ground below the drain going to the septic from the home had not been properly supported when the tank was installed and so therefore, over time, it had caved due to the weight of the ground on top of it. They sent me a bill which I don't think was fair but I was told that since it had been over a year, that the bill would still be owed. Up until now, I had no complaints. They had treated me honestly and fairly and were very helpful. It is very disappointing to me that they care more about making money than having integrity.

We are so appreciative of Mike and the entire crew for helping us solve an issue we have had with our septic for 30 years. Mike went above and beyond our expectations and helped us with every step in the process. He was also very fair with the price and negotiating the terms of the contract. Every member of the crew that we dealt with was very professional and skilled in their craft. We highly recommend Jax Plumbing and Septic Tank Inc., and would definitely use them again in the future as the need arises. Thank you again for all your efforts and support!

These guys were great. Shawn and Joe were a great team. They explained as they went through the process. Tank pumped system working properly. The same day service was unexpected but awesome. Price point quoted and no additional charges added. Professional, value, quality.... what more could you ask.

I will definitely use this company again!! I called all over Jacksonville for price and they had the best price on pumping my septic tank. And also they came sooner than any of the other companies could get here. Sean and Joe were on the truck that day and I can't say enough about these guys! They were knowledgeable professional and very courteous! They noticed the pipe coming into the septic tank was not at the right pitch. So they took it upon themselves to fix it without me saying anything!! I thought that was really nice of those guys to take it upon themselves to help me out. Best of all they didn't even charge me for the pipe repair. I will definitely use this company again!

I have worked with Jax Plumbing And Septic For the last four years and they are the most reliable honest bunch of people I have ever Had the pleasure of meeting in my life. They have always been there for me even during emergency situations! Mike and his crew are always honest, reliable, and they arrive on time for appointments.
I have used them since 2020 for my septic needs from system demo, to reinstall, to maintenance and pumping the tank. Their prices are very fair and competitive When comparing to other septic and plumbing companies.
Everyone I have come across in their crew has been respectful, pleasant, hard-working, kind, and they always go above and beyond my expectations. Mike, the owner, is the epitome of true Southern hospitality. There dont seem to be too many people like that anymore. These folks really flush out the competition! Most companies drain your wallet, but Jax plumbing just drains your tank (the way it should be). Honest and reliable.
