I needed to have my hot and cold valves replaced for the washing machine. After waiting nearly 10 hours for the technician to come to my house I was quoted 1100.00. I said absolutely not. I could re-plumb my entire kitchen for that amount. I will never be comfortable using this company. I did not use them. In all fairness, since they did not do any work for me I gave them 3 stars but I am still not comfortable calling them again. If you are in a bind and need someone and money is not an issue by all means you should give them a try. This just was not a good fit for me.

My experience with Jackson Ebert/Plumber was great. He was able to solve the problem we were having with the toilet not flushing and backing up in my shower and tub.

Jonathan was very professional, so helpful and always polite. He explained every detail of the plumbing repair and left the bathroom cleaner than before he started! Ask for Jonathan for plumbing repairs!

Billy was very polite and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was able to explain our problems in detail and show us by placing a camera down our pipe. I highly recommend this company!

Gave me an appointment quickly for repairs
Came on time, made repairs
Found the new backflow they did had leaks
Again, quick to come out and schedule repair
Scheduled for the following Tuesday
No show, no call Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Called Thursday and they said it was rescheduled for Friday
I was not notified of the reschedule
In the meantime, the backflow is still leaking
Friday came and went and no show, no call
It is now again Tuesday and calling the office again
They have a Pensacola office however I was informed the Pensacola number is only for company and employee use!!
That's ridiculous!!!
The manager of the Pensacola office is off today and is to call me tomorrow
We shall see!!!

Johnathan came in and took a look at the problem - we had figured out how to get the pipes back together and he checked to make sure we had done correctly. He is a very good tech and would recommend And services to all my friends

Install manager returned and installed toilet. Went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Had three different people tell me three different things. The workers sent to do the work were confused as well. Such a confusing stressful day as in ALL DAY!!!
Left a huge mess and didn’t replace all the parts. Left the toilet bolts exposed with dirt, grease and grime all over the floor and the WALL!!
Left muddy footprints all throughout the area of the house they were working. Left front door and door to garage open most of the day.

Trey was super knowledgeable on what AND Services offer and our plumbing needs for the hot water heater. Took his time in explaining everything in detail.

Bill arrived at our home and was extremely professional. His knowledge and experience put me at ease, and as someone new to the city, he made me feel confident and comfortable choosing this plumbing company.

Great service so far from the first using this company. The person who came to my home to check my plumbing issue today was very professional and did his best to keep us informed on everything that was going on. He was very informative and helpful, breaking down the details of the issue in a way that we could understand. He covered his shoes every time he walked in my home and before he left he cleaned up very well. I’m a bit bummed that I didn’t get his name but hope he gets this feedback. Good company and great service!

Very responsive and quick service. They installed the air cleaner last year which helped my allergies a lot. Just got a new WI-FI thermostat installed. Works with Apple home kit. Great responsive service all around!

This was in Navarre fl. Dustin was so thorough on his initial assessment. He explained everything clearly. Chivon's work of installing new system inside and out was excellent, very neat cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use them again in our other properties.

JT Peacock did some work on the house to make sure everything was working properly. Identified some alternative ways to get the outcome I wanted for the house and was very personable. A retired vet and still supports his brothers and sisters in service. Can’t thank him enough for taking care of my home and family. Take care brother.

Bill came out to take a look at my garbage disposal and was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping resolve the issue. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush through anything. What really stood out was his follow-through! He made sure someone would be out first thing in the morning to take care of it. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who communicates clearly, shows up when they say they will, and treats customers with respect. Top-notch service all around. I had a nasty clog in my old pipes, and needed to get a price for it to be cleared. I am very leery of hard sales pitches and hidden fees, so I was cautious about calling anyone.

Jonathan C came out, and he was incredibly professional and friendly. He listened to my history and problems, and he wanted to do check things out with a camera. He assured me it was no charge, he just wanted to make sure he was offering us the best service. He quickly found the problem, verified the condition of the pipes, and came up a few options. After making sure I understood the advantages if each approach, he left. No pressure, no hard pitch- just experience, competence, and professionalism. Its hard to trust sometimes, but this was pretty easy.

Everyone was courteous and professional. Jonathan and Rohan arrived within an hour of my request, assessed the issue, and provided quotes for three options. In less than four hours they completed our repairs. And Services provided excellent plumbers. Thank you for making a bad situation seem like no problem!
