This was the first time using this company Eric and Jonathan explain everything plainly and was very courteous. I am satisfied with their work.

Same day service received w/five star quality work from both Jonathan Castro and Thomas Robertson. Both were very kind & personable. I would highly recommend "And Services" to anyone who has plumbing needs in a time crunch for quick and easy scheduling.

Charles was very professional and explained the process of why and how he was going to fix things so we wouldn't have problems in the future.

The tech was very professional and personable . This was a great 1st time experience especially being a new homeowner.

I had the pleasure of having Eric come out and tend to my plumbing issues, I’ve went through more then 5 plumbers all come out to tell me different issues with my home, but when Eric came to investigate I knew that he was very experienced in what he was talking about, he was quick to educate me and slow to teach me ways to avoid future problems ,years of problems turned into a 20 minute solution!! Advertising $79 drain clearing. They brought worst equipment than I had, then said it would be $2500, seems like a bait and switch. I did however like the technician, but advertised was $79 as soon as the tech came in he quoted almost $500, then said it would be $2500, and nothing was resolved and equipment was not there to clear anything.

Jackson was knowledgeable and quick to figure out the problem and get it taken care of. Very professional and affordable and was there within a few hours after I called them.

I didn’t get any services because the guy came out and basically tried to rob me. He said the drive way needed to be dug up for a union that was not cemented on a pvc irrigation line. He quoted me around 11,500 for a 30 min job. It was literally a T connection missing glue on one side…

We just had Jonathan come out to diagnose our plumbing issues. This young man was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer care. If you need a plumber, ask for Jonathan. He is awesome!

Tried to take advantage of widows and single women. For a $700 (high end) plumbing job this place quoted a range of $8000-$13,500. Do not trust them.

Had a free AC check. "JT" did a professional job and explained ever step. Made several recommendations to up grade my system. Gave several options

Amazing service department. I’m writing this review for a family member. I was completely against a repipe at my mother’s home. I felt it to be costly and unnecessary but Bill was professional and very solid in his inspection and the install crew were great. Thank you guys for helping my mom in Palm Coast. We will use you guys for future repairs.
