We used this company for some plumbling issues we were having. They were quick to respond and send someone out. I am very happy with the services provided and they were very fair in the price and even came down after some confusion on the bill. They were extremely polite the entire process and I am impressed with the entire staff all the way from the plumber to the receptionist on the phone. I reccommend them!

I recieved a callback 30 minutes after I left my message and they had someone to me within 2 hours, the same day. the plumber was very professional and did a very nice and clean job replacing my kitchen faucet. I will continue to use them

I recommend ASAP plumbing if you are looking for a reliable plumbing company. I have had several plumbing problems toilet that is constantly running, faucets always dripping. I called ASAP Plumbing and they were there the same day. They fixed all my problems and the plumber even asked if I have any other problems he could handle today. The plumber was so nice and did a great job.

John was our service technician and did a fantastic job. And they are properly named, ASAP! ASAP was at our home in a very timely manner. I highly recommend ASAP for your plumbing needs.

Unethical, overpriced and extremely unprofessional.
Charged over $1,800.00 for a hot water heater and installation. The Hot Water heater quit working less than 1 month later. They told us the hot water heater failed because it got wet and were going to charge us another $580 to replace it. THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG.
We got another opinion and they had the hot water heater working within minutes. They also told us that the original installer obviously had no clue what they were doing.

I called several companies with whom I've previously used. My call to ASAP was returned promptly; indeed As Soon As Possible!

The work (installing a new water heater) was done professionally the next day, as requested, for the quoted price. All of the parts and additional supplies were included.

A neighbor recommended so I tried ASAP Plumbing for a clogged toilet line. The team of guys smelled like ash trays and smoked nonstop (however very nice). A few minutes into snaking the line they accidentally cracked my toilet and then said it’s never happened before. I was liable for additional $500 repair! Everything I read online the plumber is responsible for damages but somehow this was something they’re not liable for?

Called in to report and they knocked $60 off the bill for a toilet that costs $100. I was even ripped off from their mistake!! At least help split the costs 💸

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I would stay far away from them. They are dishonest and inexperience with water heater. They installed an oversized water heater in a small room causing the door not to be able to shut all the way. It even left an indent in the door when they try to push it shut. They didn’t even have room to place a pan underneath it. The technician left a little gap in the door when he left the job and didn’t even tell anyone about it. The unit got wet, rusted and went out in less than a month. They came out to look at it. The manager blamed us for the unit going out. He said the water and moisture from outside caused the unit to go out. It was our fault. I had an old unit in that same room working for 13 years. I never had any issues with it.

The manager said that the unit was no good and was not fixable. He also said that the warranty would not cover it. I needed to buy another unit from him for $580. I just paid him $1800.

I decided to call another company for a second opinion. He fixed the problem in a very short period. It just needed a new thermostat.

The manager was very rude. If he spent time working on the unit instead of arguing with my property manager. He might be able to figure out why the unit went out. In conclusion, the unit is fixed now by another company.

ASAP plumbing is fantastic! They got our office taken care of and repaired very quickly for a reasonable price and their licensed professional plumber (Greg) went above and beyond. This is by far the most professional plumber. We run a home inspection company and couldn’t have better things to say.

One star is too many. Do not use this company. Was a client for over 16 years, but, as of today, no longer. They sent tech out to unclog a sink, tech ran snake thru piping in kitchen, busted a hole in adjoining room piping and flooded living room. Instead of working with me or offering assistance for repair was told it wasn't their fault to contact my insurance company. They’ve been here in past and ran snake on same sink with no issue. Left living room flooded, had to pull up flooring, run blowers, entire house smells and file a claim. Left a $225 invoice, didn’t unclog the drain and took no responsibility for what their tech did. Just blamed it on something and left leaving ruined floors and a claim on home owners insurance for something they caused. Called Duck Duck Plumbing same day, tech came out, showed him same clogged sink. He snaked it properly, fixed problem in 20minutes and left, for $215.00. Highly recommend DUCK DUCK, highly dissatisfied with and will never recommend ASAP. Save yourself and family a lot of head ache, money and avoid an insurance claim, don’t use ASAP PLUMBING. Their Uncaring, unprofessional, and take no responsibility for their work. Also, beware of the contract they’ll refer to that you don’t get to see until after they’ve destroyed your house and claim no responsibility. Total BS- be safe out there, company’s like this will charge you for work not completed and move on to the next leaving you worse off than you where before they arrived. So far cost to unclog a sink using ASAP $1400.00 and climbing.

It was a easy plumbing fix and the price was reasonable, the young man name Zach was knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely use again.

This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.

I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.
